Fully-Renovated unit to give guests the most comfort and elegance while enjoying their stay!
Our condo will feel like it's brand new (because most of it is) and even though it's a one-bedroom, we've designed it to be utilized by 4 people in case a family of 4 or 2 couples would visit. We have a fold-out queen bed (like a murphy, but better and more comfortable) in the living room and a cali-king in the bedroom. There is a brand new 55" TV in the living room with Cable and a large monitor in bedroom with hookups for laptop connection (for watching movies perhaps). The bathroom is totally new in 2024! Walk-in shower with slow-close glass doors and a double shower head for the ultimate spa-like experience.
The leather sofa and recliner chair is completely new as well to include most every comfort of home!
This condo has 10-foot high ceilings in living space and 9-foot high in bedroom and while it does not have air conditioning, the cooler breezes in Waikoloa Village and the angle of this condo keeps it cool most of the day and gets much cooler at night.
There is only one step to enter, and three steps inside between the bedroom and living area (so essentially GROUND-LEVEL entry and above ground lanai).
The wide expansive windows look over a Par-3 Hole at this very-playable Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course. You can sit with your beverages on the large lanai, without the sun beating on you, and watch the many golfers attempt to make the green over the lava. We have 2 comfortable loungers as well as a new bistro table with 4 cushioned chairs.
During the summertime should be the best time of the year to see the sunset descend into the ocean from our lanai (and maybe see the "Green Flash"). In the winter, the sun sets further to South, so to get a full sunset, you can walk out onto the golf course at the end of the par 3 hole to view.
Pickleball and tennis are across the street with 2 lighted courts and are bookable for reservations.
The nearly new olympic-size pool plus a baby pool and showers/washrooms is across the street, with loungers and shady areas surrounding it.

Our 2nd time to visit Hawaii and we were so impressed with the expansive view from the lanai! We went to snorkel at Beach 69 and enjoyed Hapuna too, all within a short drive. Got to walk to the golf course, swimming pool, and even tried pickleball across the street. The condo has pickleball paddles and tennis racquets. The golf course will rent clubs, but we brought our own. The golf course is a great track kept in good condition and lots of challenging holes. One of the best holes #6 is a par 3 over lava and our lanai looked out over it, so we could see the golfers playing all day. We'll be back to this condo, it's now our favorite after travelling all around the big island.

This beautiful condo was beyond my expectations, as the owners clearly thought of every detail from beach gear and cooler to kitchen necessities! The view is endless and I think we could see whales from the balcony in the evening, I'd recommend binoculars. Their new leather furniture and King bed were very luxurious, and we got to watch live golfers all day every day from the new loungers on the lanai! To see the sunset we walked out on the golf course, but looks like in the summertime, you'd be able to see the sunset from the lanai! We'll be back for sure and book way in advance for this central location.
