This property had a great location and suited our needs well! It had enough space for our family, had most of the amenities we needed, and the host was very responsive. The check in process could have been smoother, as the door to this unit is SUPER fussy and won't let you in unless you try multiple times and time it just so. Security came out on day one to look at it, and said they'd be back to replace the locking mechanism for our ease, and 9 days later, it still never happened. The internet wifi wasn't compatible with our newer phones so it never worked well. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. The floors upon arrival were still very sandy, dusty, etc from a quick turnaround from the last guests. Still, these were all small issues and it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for Kauai or this unit. We very much enjoyed being walking distance to so many restaurants, a beach, and a pool. We would stay again.
Room was updated and very nice through out. Easy walking distance to ABCs and restaurants. Good beach was in walking distance as well.
Condo was great but pool was always dirty
Very clean, nicely appointed unit with full amenities and responsive, informative owner. Only issue was with check-in process, as Complex Management apparently charged my credit card 20 for unclear service... (perhaps room "key"?). But the stay was comfortable, pleasant, and efficient, much appreciated!

Not much of an ocean view but close to Nawiliwili. It is noisy in the mornings due to proximity to businesses near the ocean. You are responsible for some chores so be aware of stripping of beds, washing towels and dumping your own garbage etc.
Good Apartment to stay in Kauia.
I was concerned on the town this condo was located but it ended up being awesome. It is central to the island and we went to a different area each day. One day, we stayed in Lihue and walked to the beach, Dukes, and close to the lighthouse. Great condo!

My friends and I absolutely loved the unit that we stayed in. The location is great (on the main road) that made it very easy to get anywhere on the island. Additionally, so many restaurants and the beach were walking distance on the days we didn't feel like driving too much.
The unit itself was nice an cozy, and near the front of the property. It was a lot bigger than I actually expected, with a nice dining area for all of us to relax together. Mark, the owner of the condo, came in contact with me and is a great host. I would definitely recommend this unit to any of my family or friends who want to go to Kauai in the future.
Mark and his wife have gone the extra mile fixing up this condo so that everything is perfect. Their thoughtfulness shows in all the little details. The cupboards are fully stocked with everything that you might need. They have boogie boards and snorkel equipment on the balcony. This was one of the very best VRBO stays that we have experienced! This is a great property! A good size for two families. Includes almost everything you may need. Pull out sofa worked great. 3 AC units, and 3 ceiling fans worked great. Pack n play included with the property was a lifesaver. Shower towels AND beach towels are included. Washer and dryer is a lifesaver. Step stool included to reach the dryer. Downstairs lanai only has a view of tall divider bushes. There was some beach gear there (sand toys, 2 body boards, 3 snorkel gear, umbrella, cooler). Upstairs lanai has the sunrise view with mountain and the harbor in the distance. You can see huge cruise ships come park at the harbor on Sundays and Thursdays. Kitchen has most everything you need such as a kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker etc. Shower worked great with pressure and temperature. Wifi worked great. We had to replenish our own toilet paper and laundry detergent by the last 3rd of our trip. Couldn’t get upstairs TV to work, but didn’t much need it. Downstairs TV worked great. Upstairs bathroom and the smaller room have barn doors and do not lock! Our front door keycard reader stopped working all of a sudden, past office hours, but we got it to work after 10mins of trying, and had maintenance fix the lock the next morning, which they did right away. Pool is great, it sits on a hill, with a beautiful view of Kalapaki beach and the town! Can bbq by the pool with the grills available there. Overall satisfied with the unit, it’s location, &property location.
