Property Description

The much loved and well appointed Lalamilo Beach House is ideally located on the north end of Waialea Bay (Beach 69) which is known for its beautiful white sand beach and turquoise blue water.

Three bedrooms in the main house each have their own private bathroom and you can see the ocean and beach directly in front of you. It is the most ideal location!

The plantation-style, main house was designed for beach goers of all ages. It features an expansive great room, a fully-equipped kitchen with large central island and counter seating, a dining table with seating for up to 10 guests, a card/game table and a large Punee for lounging in the traditional Hawaiian style. There is also a generous sun deck with an outdoor dining area and ample seating for sunbathers and stargazers alike. The long, shaded lanai leads to the home's three bedroom suites, each boasting stunning mauka and makai views as well as the sounds of the sea.

The separate, second story 1 bedroom/1 bath Guest house offers its own lanai, living room and master suite, as well as mauka views of the world famous volcanoes - Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. The Ohana Guest House sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably.

Note: all interior spaces are fully-screened protecting you and your little ones from any tropical insects.

Nearly one half acre of beautiful, mature, tropical landscaping. The plumerias are so plentiful, in fact, that guests can string together their own leis daily. The large, green lawn leads directly onto the beach and provides the perfect spot to play badminton, volleyball, store beach toys, or host a small gathering. There is also a hot water, outdoor shower that makes coming in from a long swim or snorkel truly pleasurable.
