Clean and modern, view wonderful- loved spending mornings on lanai listening to the waves. Complex is beautifully landscaped, quiet, and safe. Loved being able to walk to Coconut market place or Lava Lava Beach club for meals. Great location for exploring all the island. Bed comfy. Kitchen had everything. Closet on lanai had everything for the beach- chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc. Walked on walking path every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for an East side property. Unit was as described but needs a refresh. Living room is teakwood furniture but not super practical or comfortable for relaxing. If you enjoy watching TV in bed you should note this unit doesn’t have a TV in the bedroom. Great view of the ocean and convenient walk to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful location, with easy access to the Coconut marketplace with great dining options and shops. The grounds of the complex were beautifully maintained. Easy access to the beach that was not busy and did not have a lot of "foot traffic" going through made it feel very secluded. The pool was wonderful as well. The property felt very safe and had everything we needed. The a/c unit is portable and noisy, so if that bothers you, then may want to consider other units.

The property was just as described - brand new carpets were installed and the kitchen was updated, but the rest of this unit needs a reno to catch up with the times. The furniture was dated and not super comfy, including the bed. We didn't spend much time sitting inside, though. Could for sure use a new mattress. There are no in-unit ACs so they did have portable AC units in the front room and bedroom, with fans running, which helped a bit. The view of the beach can't beat and the terrace is big enough to sit out even in the dumping rain and stay protected - loved enjoying the evening rain while sitting outside with our drinks. Had minimal communication with the property management team - nothing came up so no need to reach out. Property was sparkling clean and well-maintained. Be sure to note, this is a third-floor walk up unit with no elevator. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues but great otherwise. I appreciated how close this unit is to everything at the Coconut Marketplace - plenty of restaurant options and the island's biggest ABC store to help stock the kitchen. Loved that parking was included and easy to find a spot every evening when we got back.

We had a great time in Kauai as usual but we had some issues with the condo. We were a bit disappointed in the air conditioning. We came into the unit with the air already on and 2 fans going to move the air around. The back bedroom was not getting any of the air conditioning until we moved another fan into the back room. The ceiling fans were going also. We were really disappointed in the condition of the carpet in the unit. There were stains in the entry, dining room, living room and the master bedroom. The exhaust fan / light over the range did not work. The icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator handle was disgustingly dirty. The area rug on the lanai was moldy, and the chair cushions on the lanai were torn. It was not what we were expecting compared to the other units we have stayed in at Lae Nani.

Grest view rug light color shows alot of stains even though they say it's new. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Lighting throughout the house is very dim .

This is our favorite condoplex in Kapa'a. The grounds are beautiful, easy and direct beach access with laundry on-site. Our condo was nice, cable tv, and newer updates. This unit was closer to the main road and we did have a lot of road noise. The sound bar to the tv was easy to connect however, the cable/tv switched itself off, often. You would need to reboot, find your app/program and reconnect the sound bar. The unit is fully carpeted in the common areas, we didn't love that. The lanai storage closet had lots of toys to borrow, we added to with with nice pool floats. The kitchen was small but functioned well, it came with cooking tools, soap, trash bags, we added to the spice collection for the next guest. I think anyone would be happy to vacation there.
