Lovely condo. Beautiful location. Plenty of room with comfortable furniture - both inside and on the lanai. The grounds are impeccable. Easy access to sandy beaches, stores, restaurants, and both ends of the island. The host was easy to work with. Check in and out were smooth. Highly recommend.

This condo was great for our family of 4. The AC in the bedrooms worked great and made it very comfortable for sleeping. The location of the building was a little further away from the ocean than we had thought we would be, but is was just a short walk. The ammenities were all great, loved the beach blankets! We felt safe and at home. The couch was very firm and not super comfortable, but luckily we spent most of our time outside or on the lanai!
This is a second floor condo with a partial view of the ocean & a beautiful garden view from the lanai. The full kitchen (with ice maker and Brita style water filter) was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and appliances (toaster, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher and more). The pantry had various oils, spices, coffee, etc. There’s a high top round table on the lanai & a large round table in the dining area that was perfect for family game time! The instant inflatable bed was very impressive! You just plug it in and step back. It inflates and expands itself, turning into an elevated bed. It needed to have some air added to it each morning, but that seems pretty standard for any kind of inflatable. It was very easy to stow away at the end of our trip as well - just turned the dial to “deflate” and it folded itself back up! We enjoyed the numerous games, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, pool noodles, and more that was available. I was very impressed that there wasn’t any sand strewn about the unit! The cleaning crew must do a very god job! The beach was like our own private beach! There were some others around but there was enough space to separate ourselves from the others present. The waves were pretty big, perfect for boogie boarding. We also enjoyed going down to the beach for some stargazing on clear nights. Coconut Market is just across the parking lot, with an ABC store & various little shops. We enjoyed going into “Old Town Kapaa” for some shopping
Some directions to the building beforehand would have been helpful since our flight was delayed & it was dark, raining & hard to see the signs. The condo is well-furnished, including the kitchen altho’ there wasn’t a pitcher. The lanai is really pleasant & comfortable. The grounds are very well-maintained & gorgeous. Lots of loungers to pull out next to the beach. We enjoyed walking north on the Kauai path. The location seemed perfect. We enjoyed Kapa’a & also the north & south areas.The beds were really comfy & we slept well. The bedroom AC was more complicated than ones we’d seen before. A text to the manager wasn’t answered til I sent a 2nd text

We loved staying here. The view from the lanai is fantastic and its right on the beach. Loved the restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
We all loved it. This place was perfect for our family. The host was very helpful when we had a dishwasher problem. The place was immaculate. Quiet. Part view of the ocean, but enough and a huge lawn if you need more.
Our family, with kids 3-10 had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the central location to all things on the island. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of extras and the beach toys/chairs/cooler was part of the reason we booked this place. Everything was clean and tidy, as shown in pictures. Ocean view with the lagoon and garden close by was a great treat.
Stayed from thursday to Friday. Flights were cancelled Friday and Gil accommodated us for another night thank goodness. Condo was full furnished with everything you could possibly need and more.
Given we have never visited the island, the location of this condo was perfect. It allowed us easy access to all of the activities we wanted to do. The condo is as described and well cared for. The grounds are beautiful.
This condo worked very well for us, and was just as described. The location was good for access to Kapaa bike path( wow!) , coconut marketplace, Lydgate Beach Park, river kayak rentals ,and planned activities on North and South areas of island. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the large capacity washer and dryer in the unit. We also used the provided cooler, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chair and umbrella( and Boss Frogs for bikes and more snorkel rentals). The gas grill just at the bottom of the stairs was also handy. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai- with ocean breezes and the sounds of the bubbling koi pond from below. I would definitely recommend this place.
Property and grounds were well cared for. We were disappointed because the listing did not indicate that most of the ocean access had signs warning not to swim there because it was dangerous. The bed in the main bedroom was so soft and squishy that it made it hard to turn over after an hour or so. Woke up several times throughout the night hurting. The twin beds would be fine for children. Hard for my husband and I to sleep comfortably. He is 6’2 and 220. I’m 5’5 and 130.
We had a lovely week vacation here with my family. The condo is great! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and even extras like boogie boards, an umbrella, kids beach toys, beach chairs and snorkel sets as well. I will say we would have liked a few more beach towels to use, but we just did laundry while we were there. It has a lovely beach view from the balcony. The property is well maintained and super nice and clean. My kids absolutely loved the pool! And you have your own little beach on property. This complex is also within a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a marketplace for food and drinks. We would totally stay here again!
Our stay was really wonderful. The space was comfortable, the views and layout allowed for lots of together time and alone space. The beach at the property was perfect for spending time, swimming, and enjoying the weather. It is right on a curve sp the wind was whipping along the long stretch around the corner and this little cove was protected. Lots of walkability and everything we needed was supplied!
Very much enjoyed our two weeks here. Host was very responsive. Location is perfect. Lovely and well-equipped unit and grounds.

Dishwasher needs an update. Needed dishcloths, sponges, more pool towels and more bathroom washcloths.
Very nice property with lots of little details by owner. Great view and fully equipped kitchen. Place was clean and up to date. Our family had tree generations from 11 months to 77 and we were all very comfortable and had a good time.
