Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The property is well kept, the grounds are beautiful. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the Condo. Very Happy we chose to stay here.
Beautiful property grounds and great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. We loved walking over to the coconut marketplace for snacks and shopping. Sitting on the lanai was nicely shaded with a perfect breeze most of the day. Beach is within sight to keep an eye on swimming teens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location of condo with accessible beach. Beach equipment provided by the host.Fully furnished kitchen. Beach towels also available for use. A coin operated washing machine is available to use.
We loved our stay at Lae Nani. The condo was immaculate, in a perfect location, with views straight out of a postcard. This condo is better than the pictures, especially the patio and the grounds. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. Carol was responsive to any questions we had, including sending someone over to help us locate items we needed. We used lounge chairs provided by the resort to relax in the shade of palm trees, and we loved the kieki pond. There is a great beachfront restaurant right next door, and the coconut marketplace is a short walk with a store, restaurants, farmer's market, and shops. I wish we could have stayed longer !
Perfect location for all your day trips. But just staying put is also highly recommended. Impeccably landscaped and maintained. This place is a treasure to stay with our fam of 4. Very comfortable
Beautifully maintained grounds, lovely condo. Perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioned bedrooms for comfort. Beach equiptment was a plus! Mid island location was perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay at Carol's condo. We have stayed at Lae Nani several times in the past, always in different units, and this is the nicest one we've had. It must have been recently remodeled, because everything looked brand new. I'm sure we'll be back.
Comfortable and beautiful.there was loud construction happening in the unit above ours that the owner knew about, but she did not inform us about. Overall we had a great stay though. It was clean, and the rooms were nice.
We stayed April 3-10 and really enjoyed the oceanfront access, Lava Lava beach club and coconut marketplace next door, and Kapa’a is an excellent central location.
This property was the perfect home base for our adventure on Kauai. The location was perfect for day trips all over the island. The property was clean and close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping center and the beach was gorgeous. If I had to list a drawback is it that the proximity to the road, made it a little noisy at night. We packed a sound machine to down it out at night. Thank you so much! We will be back.
The condo is clean and warmly decorated. It was a very comfortable stay, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The grounds were very lush and pretty, and the location is just around the corner enough from the other hotels, that it feels very private and secluded from the other tourists. The laundry room accepts both coins and an app using your credit card. Very convenient. The condo has little amenities like a cooler and laundry basket, along with an equipped kitchen, that I really appreciate.
It was even prettier than the pictures. Location was awesome. Plenty of things to walk to. Safe area. Kid friendly.

Lovely home base for my family and our adventures around the island. There’s plenty of space, inside and out, with a fully equipped kitchen. And the beach and water toys provided made our stay even better. I wish we were staying longer; we’ll be back for sure!
This is an excellent beach front condo! The condo and property are super nice and well maintained. The beach is awesome and perfect for kids. And the location is perfect for exploring the island.
