This a great location for us, we have family off hana highway. Love being able to walk to beach and mamas fishhouse. Unit overall good. Meet our basic needs.
While the outside is nothing special, the unit was beautiful and obviously recently updated with new granite, cabinets, shower etc. the kitchen was fully equipped and a joy to cook in. And the bed and linens were absolutely wonderful - made me want to upgrade our bed at home! We are sticklers about AC and the bonus was a unit in the bedroom for maximum comfort. As advertised, literally steps from Mama’s Beach - gorgeous, small but a current local hang out that had great snorkeling and a great vibe. Loved this place - lots of detail to comfort and luxury.

Clean and nice condo. Only door to balcony is very old (Stone Age) and hard to open. Rest is good.
We loved the condo and location. It was clean, exactly as it was listed on VRBO and easy to access Mamas Beach! We loved sharing the beach with the sleeping turtles as well as walking for dinner to Mamas Beach Restaurant. The drive to Paia was less than 5 minutes and of course Paia Fish Market is there and is just the best for fresh locally caught fish! !
We really loved the location near the road to Hana and convenient to Haleakalā National Park. Also Paia is a cute town with nice restaurants. The room needs some attention. Patio doors stick, broken bedside lamp, something wrong with the bedroom light.Overall it met our needs. It wouldn’t take much to make it a five star stay.

Great stay but wish the deck sliding door was easier to open and close as I would have used the deck more. It was a good stay though and perfect for our time there. Thank you for all your help.
Very close to town, very nice property, apartment was very clean and well maintained, all of the amenities you would need were supplied.
We chose this location because we wanted to see Haleakala Crater and surf on the north side. Cut down travel time at least 30 min from our usual stay in Kihei. Perfect location for both.
Large eat in kitchen and fast knives made getting groceries and cooking easy beating high Maui restaurant prices.
Make sure you get the checkin directions directly through Kelly herself. Vrbo is sending an older set with the wrong check in code and cell reception in front of the complex is spotty.
We loved staying at this condo! The location was perfect. We enjoyed relaxing on Mama’s Beach and it was so nice to be within walking distance to Mama’s Fish House & the beach. The condo was very comfortable and clean. A truly wonderful experience!
