A light and easy appartment on a perfect location. Perfect for a family of 4. Walking distances to snorkling and surf, and if you are not affraid of walking a little longer you can easily walk to a shopping area. We enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony, with a overlook on the ocean and surfers hitting the waves. In the common room (club house) there was snorkling gear, coolers and beach appliances. Saved us alot of money on renting stuff. Surfboards are easily rented on the beach:) To finnish it off - Super easy communication with the host! Super service! WE LOVED IT!

If you're looking for a nice, clean place as a homebase for adventuring, this is it! Everything was as pictured and was really comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed (e.g. linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen gear, etc). We spent a lot of time exploring the island, and it was nice to have a clean, comfortable place to rest up in every night. We did spend a couple days at the condo, just relaxing. My 6 yr old son loved playing in the pool, and looking for lizards every night. The lanai feels private and has both ocean & pool views. The clubhouse had beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, snorkle gear, etc. Everything we needed for fun beach days. Great value for the price! If we ever make it back to Kona, we would definitely stay here again.
This condo has everything. The location is across from 1 of the best snorkeling beaches. Laid back, quiet, comfortable.
Just as advertised...incredible location. Gorgeous sunsets each night at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Ran along Ali'i most mornings. Great communication from owners. Clean. Great Wi-Fi. Highly recommend!
This Propert was really clean, well equipped and adjacent to a great snorkeling beach. It was an excellent spot to explore the Kona-Kailua side of the island. We really enjoyed our stay.
