Excellent accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a whole lot of extras… beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. second time staying here, will return again. Vicki is a super duper hostess with an eye for every detail to make your holiday memorable. Close to all amenities, wonderful pool looking over the ocean making sunsets every night amazing!

What an amazing experience and host (Viki)!!! Viki provided an abundance of information on things to do, places to eat and anything you might want to know in the area. All amenities you could possibly think of where there and ready at our disposal. She even offered accommodation for early check in without us asking. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the property was in close relation to so many things! We will definitely be staying here again!!

This studio condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kona. The cleanliness and quality of the unit was top-tier, and exceeded any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Vicki was a great host, with effective, excellent communication before and during our rental. We highly recommend this rental, and would look to rent from Vicki again if we were ever back on the island.
We enjoyed our stay at Kona Shores, but initially were dismayed with the location of our unit with a busy road right outside the bedroom and the lanai located surrounded by the parking lot. In a little quieter location the space would have been perfect as it was very clean, well stocked and convenient to beaches. Thanks!
This property was outstanding and the host was fantastic. I will definitely try to stay here again. They had beach gear available, a cooler, dishes and some fruit. Beach towels as well. Very well stocked.

We've stayed at this property many times,the location is great, easy access to downtown. Our contact person Vickie is always just a call away and unit is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is to die for with a full kitchen. All I can say unit full of ALOHA.
Newly remodeled studio with everything you might need but didnt have want to pack such as cooler, chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen well appointed with nice pans and utensils, spices and condiments. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioning, made it a great place to rest up between adventures.

From the moment I booked this property, Vicki had excellent communication and was very informative. When we arrived, her place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
My husband and I stayed here for the last 3 days of our 11 day vacation. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to cook some of our own meals as dining out can get expensive in Hawaii.
The views from the pool are spectacular and we loved watching the sunset over the water.
There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and several beaches within 5 miles of the place.
I highly recommend staying here if your looking for a clean and affordable base to explore the Big Island.

We fully enjoyed our stay. This place had everything we can think of, even beach chairs and an umbrella! The place was very clean, and the shower, the kitchen, the bed and the location were all great. The owner was very easy to connect and very helpful. There is no ocean view from the apartment, and there is a two-minute walk to the pool. It is a nice pool and free.
This unit was a very pleasant surprise. It was very well equipped and stocked for all our needs. Vicky was a most excellent host to work with. I would highly recommend this place,very clean. The location was perfect for us!!!
It was clear that the owner is concerned about the comfort of her guests. A wonderful Aloha gift was waiting upon arrival. The unit had everything that we needed, and more. We were very comfortable and content there.
I am excited to leave a review for this property. There were so many little touches to this rental that made my stay so wonderful. Most rentals have a little bit "throw together" look. A lot of the utensils and cooking accessories will be random or key things missing, but not this place. If it was thrown together I could not tell. Full set of pans, french press, coffee grinder, lots and lots of towels (the towels got me. No idea why, but I just felt really appreciative of all of the towels), huge king bed with extra blankets and pillows, there were notes everywhere about how things were cleaned (this really made me feel safe). The AC in the unit was CLUTCH!! Plus, it was a split unit so it was super quiet.

The condo was an absolute gem. Everything one needed to unplug and reboot! Vicki is a marvellous host, ensuring we were comfortable, safe and happy. I recommend this rental without hesitation. Next visit to the Big Island this will certainly be my home away from home again! Mahalo.
