Good location, easy parking. Would have liked to have some cooking oil supplied in the kitchen but the grocery stores aren’t too far away by car.
Nice location in Kona. The unit itself is close to the road but it was quiet enough not to be bothersome. Beautiful oceanfront pool. We appreciated the owner/manager accommodating us with an early check in. The unit itself could use some refreshing in terms of decor and lighting, such as bedside lamps on both sides of the bed and something besides the ceiling light in the main area.
Our trip to the Big Island was short this time around but the vacation rental was amazing. It was exactly what we needed for the few days we were there and the location was very convenient. The whole process from check in to check out was easy and was communicated with us well!
Having the ac on helped drown out the outside traffic noise. But overall great stay and we were comfortable. Thank you.
Unit is very dated. There is one bed and a sofa sleeper. I can’t imagine how 4 people could stay here. There is only one little sofa inside which seats 2. Also one small 5 drawer dresser so you couldn’t unpack more than two. The fridge is very rusty and stained in outside. The lids to the pots are greasy. After taking off my shoes and walking on the floor my feet were dirty. Unit is right on the main road so very noisy at night with cars, motorcycles and trucks. Porch light is burned out so difficult to operate lock box in the dark.
The property was awesome! I had one small issue with a spider, could happen anywhere! Make sure that the Raid is stocked lol. Location was very nice, close to the coffee shop. Hostess was very helpful. Make sure to take in the view of the pool. Also, a step stool for the microwave would be nice. We are shortl!

The advertisement is a bit misleading. The complex has a small rocky beach that is oceanfront in the very back. This unit is in the front of the complex and on the main road, so there is alot of traffic noise and you could feel the big subwoofers when they drove by. The unit is old and in need of updating. Refridgerator is rusty. Really, it has a bunch of rust on it. On the positives, it is a short 1 mile walk to the downtown area close to everyting, the bed was comfy and the ac worked well.
Was there for work and it is perfect for a couple. Very close to the beach and town.
Beach chairs need replacing
Had a great stay for the week leading into the Ironman.
The apartment was very well equipped. There was beach/pool/snorkel equipment as well as pool towels. The kitchen had enough room for everything and a table that was just perfect for the four of us. Our child really enjoyed the toys and books.We had enough room for our suitcases and even with the couch bed it never seemed to crowded. The pool was awesome and had some shade to sit and watch the kids.
The street could be a little noisy at times but at night it was just fine.
Great rental for 2 people. Pool was beautiful! Less tha 1/2 mile to magic sands and wave pool. Coffee shop is next door. We could hear the road, but we’re just not the types that bothers. Disabled mother had no issues accessing the unit from parking. Contact person was wonderful and made check in so easy!

This property was very well maintained and the room was fully stocked and clean. Very nice atmosphere. We were very pleased with our accommodations.
Perfect for our short stay. East to find in the dark. Very clean and comfortable.
The proximity to the main roads made it very convenient for our final night and early morning trip to the airport.
The host Tiffany was amazing. We managed to lock ourselves out of the condo and she came to our rescue. She went above and beyond with communication and help and she was lovely!
The pictures don't do it justice. This place is really cute and very clean. Everything you need is there, from beach towels and toys to cooking items and sunscreen. If you forgot something - it's there. Parking is steps away from the door. The pool isn't anything fancy, but it's nice and is right on the shore, so you can swim and watch the sunset.
