Tired, run down property. Many lack of maintenace issues really influnced our stay. This is our fourth time at this property and while we will return to Kona Reef. we will not stay in C22
Great location. No wiggle room on their check in and check out time. Could use updating.
We appreciated the location, pool, beach-access, and condo. Everything was as described, and the location made access to the downtown Kona area easy and fun. We would readily stay again.
This condo had a fantastic location. The condo was simple but adequate. My husband loved the large TV. And our view was wonderful! Our one complaint would be the bed. It was not very comfortable.
Trying to check in was terrible. We had no code and could not get anyone on the phone. Kurt, the property manager. Who doesn’t even manage this property, was wonderful and tried to help every way he could. Once in the place was great!
This property is a bit dated and needs some cleaning and TLC but the location is great and Casago is excellent at communicating and responding to issues
Everything was perfect! We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
This was a great location, up keep of pool and grounds was well cared for. We loved that they had lots a beach equipment for use. Also, the blender was moldy and they replaced it with a new one that same day. Could use an up grade on the bed and USB ports.

Excellent location as a base to explore the whole Island. View from deck is incredible especially at Sunset. Air Con is very cool as they have a split system ok the living room and the bedroom. Granite counters tile floor new appliances. The parking is close by unit with either u/g garage or surface parking. Bbq area has four bbq’s that are high end. Swimming pool and hot tub not crowded. Beautiful sunset on grass in front of pool with lounge chairs.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication was wonderful. Thank you for everything you did to make us feel comfortable during our stay.
Beautiful condo with fantastic views and sounds of the ocean! We truly enjoyed the lanai and sitting out there to relax.
I can't say anything about the pool or hot tub, since we didn't use it, but it looked awesome!
I wish the bed was comfier. I wish the bedroom had windows that could be closed. It's weird that the majority of windows I saw at the complex had window slats that were always open.
It'd also be nice if the shower had a removeable shower head, and some cooking spray would be a good addition.
It was nice to have some extras at the condo, such as boogie boards (which I enjoyed using at the ocean), pool noodles (which came in handy when we practiced snorkeling), beach umbrellas, beach chairs (which we never used), reusable bags, a beach bag, a Brita pitcher to fill waters, a hair dryer, and other random things!
Management was great and had the cleaners bring us another roll of toilet paper and a new tissue box since there was only one roll of toilet paper and one tissue in the box - they came the same day I called.
We loved having a washer and dryer, and the AC was wonderful! Hawaii is very humid, and can get very hot. The two separate AC wall units were fantastic!
The large tv was awesome. The DVD player didn't work (we even tried putting some new batteries in, but the remote wouldn't work still - not a big deal).

We had a small group and did not want to spend a lot on a condo. This place was right on the water, had a great view of the sunset from the balcony, and the door was literally a few steps from where you park in the garage. The location of the property is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Couldn’t ask for a better place, especially for the money. Would definitely go back.
