Exceptional stay! Wow! The condo was immaculate, so roomy and with ever amenity you could hope for. The location was perfect, too, as it was walking distance to the little village in downtown Kona. Snorkel Bob's is just down the street to rent gear to snorkel at Kalau'u Beach, which is just 10 minutes away from the condo. The condo provided some comfy beach chairs, as well as beach umbrellas, plenty of towels, a cooler bag/backpack, boogie boards, shopping bags... you name it! Colin was an absolute gem to work with! He was super responsive to any questions we had, and kept in touch with us the first day just to make sure we arrived safely and got settled in okay. He was so friendly and accommodating. We also slept great! The beds were quite comfortable and it was fabulous to have a/c and ceiling fans throughout the whole condo, if needed. We've already shared this place with a few friends who regularly visit the big island. It's a must-stay! Sure hope to come back to stay again soon! Mahalo!"
Excellent location and nice accommodations
Check in was simple. The video on hpw to park in the parking garage spot was very was helpful.
This was a very comfortable, clean and spacious condo. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots, pans, dishes and glasses and an assortment of seasonings (I didn't have to buy a whole bottle of soy sauce just for a few drops). Lots of beach towels, chairs and extras. It is a short walk to a nice little beach with a few picnic tables and a good spot for watching sunsets. It was also easy to access the pool. We loved the lanai, we ate dinner out there regularly with a view of the beach. But not a good spot for watching the sunset. The only thing we could have used more of were small towels in the bathrooms. We would gladly be here again.
The condo was perfect for our family. Each of our girls had their own bed and they had their own bathroom. They layout is pefect and we did not use the AC. The breeze and fans were perfect, even at night. We were on there in the morning and at night to sleep, but had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cooler bag were great to have! Location cant be beat! We will gladly return if we get the opportunity.
The condo, including the expansive lanai, was very clean and lovely. The water view from the lanai gave us several whale sightings. The pool was so nice to have right on the property and the beds were comfortable. sightings.sightings.
This was my 4th time on the Big Island and I purposively decided to try closer to Ali'i Drive and the main strip for walkability. The property absolutely was in the perfect location just off Ali'i and within walking distance to the restaurants to watch the sunsets.
The property itself boasts a large lanai and is well equipped for everything my son and I needed. It was very well stocked with all the kitchen equipment we needed. The condo was clean, towels were abundant, and the beds were comfortable. Although A/C isn't always needed on the Island in the winter months it certainly was nice to have after a day at the beach or golfing.
All in all, a great location, a great place and a pleasure to find a place well organized for anything you would like to do.
As a sidenote, the parking spot is relatively tight but nothing that is unmanageable in any way. I wouldn't (but could) rent a full size - 7 passenger SUV (ie. a suburban) but it was perfectly fine and worked perfectly well for the Jeep Cherokee that I rented.
The property was just as described. Conveniently walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will definitely choose this property when we return.
Well maintained, clean and quiet property. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, no surprises. The weather was very hot and humid during our stay, the ac units were a life saver, they all worked perfectly. The elevator was a nice touch. The parking can be a challenge but manageable. Short drive to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Beautiful view, well appointed in all aspects, spacious with plenty of room for our party of 6 to gather or spend time apart. Walkable to downtown- all the shopping and restaurants, open air markets in either direction. Very comfortable beds, the master has the same mattress we have at home so that was a bonus for us. We enjoyed the beach toys provided (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler bags etc.)We will book this condo again in the future! Mahalo!

It had all the things we needed to cook and had enjoyable meals out on the porch. Convenient to pool and elevator. Gets light early but not a problem after our time change. Overall a nice stay for our vacation. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Kona! The location of this property is perfect and the view of the ocean from the lanai is beautiful. The condo is clean and stocked with many things you may need for the beach and cooking. There is a nice pool but not very kid friendly. It was convenient to have a spot to park the car.
Having a family of 4 and 3 full bathrooms is a great luxury. Having a large lighted lanai was wonderful. Being a short stroll to the bustling waterfront restaurants and activities was very convenient. All and all we were very happy with the home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
Location AND amenities! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed for outdoor fun was available. We spent most of our time on the large and comfortable lanai. The only suggestion we have: give guests walking directions to the nearby local beach - we did not find it until the day we left, and it’s quite lovely. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Our son was staying at the Ywam campus so we selected this property because it looked to be nearby and in the end it was pretty much literally across the street so the location was ideal. As it turned out the location was great for everything. It’s a short walk to the waterfront and the main string of restaurants, patios and shops.
We also chose this property because it was one of the few that had enough room and beds for the us and our other 2 kids (age 15 and 12). I think they appreciated having their own beds, bathroom and space.
We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc that was available.
As many stated, the parking spot is small. When we arrived the only vehicle remaining at the car rental was a full size Ford truck with a long box. I drive a full size pickup and am used to having to park in tight spots but the long box proved to be too much so we ended up not using the parking spot. However if you get anything other than a MASSIVE four wheel drive you should be fine. We ended up parking on the street, which honestly wasn’t a huge deal. Out of the parking lot to the left we found a spot to park each day that was a 2-3 minute walk at the most. But again, if you can get a smaller vehicle this shouldn’t be an issue.
We ate most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The TV had streaming services for our movie watching. The patio was great for morning coffee and breakfast.

Having access to the gas grills was wonderful and we most often ate on the lanai. There were plenty of stores nearby (Safeway, Target, Walmart). We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for coffee and breakfast (I miss the coffee!), do some shopping, enjoy the farmers market, etc. We used the pool, which was quiet and we always were able to get a chair no matter what time we went. The warning about the parking spot was helpful. We rented a four door off-roading jeep wrangler and were able to park it in the spot no problem. The drawing that was sent to us showing us how to enter the spot was so helpful! We backed in every time without issue. We would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was modern & beautiful BUT the only downfall was the cleanliness of it. My family owns a cleaning company & upon arrival the floor was dirty & sticky from all the sands. Our foot got dirty from walking barefooted inside the condo. So I had to sweep & mop. The washer smelled like it wasn't washed. Under the sofa inside the living room there was a little kid's boxer from previous guest. But it was well stocked & a beautiful place to stay in for a vacation & a staycation. It's just the cleanliness that's needs to be taken care of and also the I tried emailing the property manager several times "NO REPLY" I even called the number that was provided on the paper but "BUSY". So those are the only 2 things that needs to be fixed. OUT OF ALL BEAUTIFUL CONDO MODERN LOOKING & COMFORTABLE BEDS TO SLEEP IN.
