We had such a wonderful time. Condo is a slice of heaven. Clean. Comfortable. PerfectI loved Lanai and spent most time when we were not out exploring out in one of the comfortable chairs enjoying breeze and views.
What a wonderful sea paradise home. The lanai was so beautiful along with the rest of the condo. It was exactly like the pictures (maybe even better). Gina provided excellent communications and information. The kitchen is ideal along with the coffee bar. Gina was gracious with supplies to get us going on our stay. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo has a parking space which was big enough for the Chevy Malibu we rented. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.
We enjoyed your property and the view from the lanai of the ocean. I was a little concerned that we wouldn’t be able to keep the temp comfortable but with the a/c on and the fans going, it was perfect! We also liked just sitting on the lanai at breakfast and supper and feeling the breezes. I used the pool 3 times. Wonderful! And we treated it like our own. Respectfully. Having the beach towels and cooler was great for snorkeling trips. We got by with the one toilet. We renewed our vows after 44 years!
We are so glad we found your condo. The wall of windows is beautiful overlooking the ocean. You thought of so many extras that were handy to have like spices bags tin foil, etc. Especially handy were things for the beach, sunscreen for ocean. Umbrellas to use if we needed because it rains often on the Big Island.
This location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to historic downtown, a quiet beach not far from our front door, and an easy drive to other beaches! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, with a great view. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning to the peacefulness and sound of birds singing. This place was the ideal size for my husband and me, and we would love to return again!
I can't say enough good things about our stay at Gina & Jake's. Very clean and comfortable, great location, and you have just about everything at your fingertips that you could possibly want. And Gina was quick to respond to any questions I had. I only cooked breakfast but the kitchen seems very well equipped. Nothing negative to say at all, even the pool was great. We knew in advance about the parking and we got a Nissan Sentra and would have not wanted anything bigger so that is our only word of caution. I'm not sure when we'll be back to Kona, but when we do, we would definitely want to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The condo was very nice and clean. The lanai was wonderful with a nice view of the ocean. Loved the location, as we could walk easily to restaurants and stores.
Our 1st trip to the big island, celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and recent retirement. The Seaview condo could not have been more perfect. The location is awesome, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants on Ali'i Drive. And the view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. After a day of site seeing, it was nice to have a welcoming and relaxed place to come home too. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. On our next trip to Hawaii, we hope to make The Seaview our home away from home. We looked at multiple places to stay and chose this condo as it was close to shopping and dining. My wife and I celebrated our 34 yr anniversary and were nothing but elated with this place. The condo was immaculately clean , well furnished, easy to find and the private parking spot was very nice and accessible. Gina was wonderful to communicate with and responded promptly. The condo is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants as well as minutes from the airport. You have a great view and literally the lani is situated where neighbors are not visible and as such you are not visible to them, talk about feeling like your own private retreat! Very private, quiet and well maintained property. Short 5 minute walk to the closest beach which was great for watching the boogie boarders and surfers. We toured several coffee farms up in the amazing refreshing climate of the upcountry. Within walking distance of the main restaurant and shopping area. We would definitely stay here again.
Condo is perfectly located at the end of town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gina has literally thought of everything. Condo was spotless and has everything you need for beach days.
This condo was in the best location. Close to the main shops, stores, and restaurants in Kono. The condo was well equipped with everything and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing with its views and comfort. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
