The unit was very spacious and accommodating with 3 bathrooms. The balcony was amazing and spacious to enjoy dinners and morning coffee while viewing the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and then some. We did not want for anything in that kitchen! The only downfall was the cleanliness of the floors. We are used to taking off our shoes in the house. However, when that is requested, you need to make sure people’s feet won’t turn black from all of the dirt on the floor. The floors were filthy. Otherwise, we loved everything else about the unit and location.
We had a wonderful week. The condo was spotless and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location, an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to staying again.

We stayed for a week and loved the quiet location, even though it’s just minutes to the beach and bustle of Kona. Out of all the vacation rentals I have stayed in, this was the most well-appointed place. It had everything we needed in the kitchen (and then some) and beach items galore. The lanai was expansive, which we utilized anytime we weren’t exploring the area. The only issues we encountered were the AC unit in one bedroom randomly glitching, as well as a Venetian blind piece falling off as we closed the blinds. Normal wear and tear of a vacation rental. The space was thoroughly cleaned before our stay as well. The only suggestion we thought of was options for night lights. It gets quite dark in the condo and the blinding bathroom light in the middle of the night is quite the shock, even with the dimmer activated.
From the moment we opened the door, we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Kona. This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations in every way—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and ideally located right in town yet blissfully quiet.With two spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and additional sleeping options in the living room, it was perfect for our group. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (including a waffle maker—what a treat!). The owners have truly thought of everything, from an entertainment system to a closet stocked with Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, beach toys, and boogie boards.The highlight? The huge lanai! With a table for six, a loveseat, and extra seating, it became our favorite spot to relax, dine, and soak in the tropical breeze. The air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable, and the secure, under-building parking (with easy double-space piggyback parking) made coming and going effortless.This condo was simply fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-appointed retreat in the heart of Kona, look no further—this place is a gem! We can’t wait to return.
Everything we needed was there, well organized, and clean! Two master bedrooms was perfect for 2 couples. The unit had plenty of room, wonderful views and was in a great location!
The unit was immaculately clean and supplied with all the modern conveniences to make our stay comfortable. Comfortable beds with ensuite bathrooms and AC were a plus. Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, with easy access to the main roads leading to all destinations from the provided parking. Will definitely choose to stay here again.
The best place and location
A truly nice, large, comfy apartment located in one of the best spots in Kona! Spacious rooms, up-to-the-minute facilities and equipment, and you will LOVE the large balcony! Located a few steps from the action yet completely quiet at night. Would go again anytime, & strongly recommend!
This condo is just perfect! Well furnished, recently renovated, stocked with beach gear, 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a wonderful lanai.
Our family really enjoy staying here. The location is also perfect closed to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pool at the property is clean and lovely.

Really liked this place! The balcony is entire length of the unit. View just like the listing. Recently renovated so very nice. Had everything we needed. Walked to beach and to town. About 8 minutes each place. Had some nice meals and drinks watching the sunset. The in unit washer dryer was a huge plus! Only wish there was a rack or hooks to hang air drying. A/C worked great and could control with hand held remotes. Had a battery out for one fan but called and it was changed in a couple hours! Excellent service. Parking spot is tight but we had a smaller Jeep and had no problem. Would stay here again!
We stayed in this condo for over a month. It is perfect. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy parking. Great lanai. All furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen is compact but okay. We would definitely stay here again. Birds sing to you all day and into the night.
We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely stay in this unit again. Beautiful condo that was clean with plenty of amenities and a wonderful wrap around porch to take in the great weather of Hawaii and views to the ocean! Great location within walking distance of all the fun in Kona.
