I can't say enough about how great this place is. The unit was spacious for the three of us. The central air conditioning worked really well. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the lanai was beautiful. Then the owners were extremely accommodating.

Condo was perfect and comfortable for what we needed on our stay on the Big Island. It's obviously an older condo, but the complex itself is very well kept and has an amazing pool and beach area. The ocean front view with all the lava rock is absolutely gorgeous. It's the perfect little condo for a couple who plans to go out to do adventures activities on the island, then come back to relax on the large lanai with a beautiful view.
The living space was beautiful and the grounds are very nice. The building itself could definitely use some maintenance as there was caution tape along the eves of the building and painted over cracks in the exterior walls. I figured with staying in a condo there would be rules that needed to be followed, but there are lots of rules here….and not just the condominium but the host had rules also. Nothing major, but I do feel like if you want certain detergent used on your linens you should provide the laundry detergent you want used. I have not stayed at many vrbo‘s but ample supply of basic needs like toilet paper and laundry soap has always been provided. So if you stay here make sure your stay is short or you are prepared to purchase house necessities for your stay.
Complex was lovely, we really enjoyed it. The unit needs a very thorough cleaning. Dust and dirt behind beds, tables and blinds. Shower walls were slimy and door seals were dirty. Stove was not well cared for and takes forever to heat up.
The saltwater pool is the best.
Comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated condo. Beautiful property, especially love the saltwater pool. Only issue was after the first day when the AC got nice and cold, the rest of the week it didn't get very cold at all. We didn't think it was enough of an issue to contact the manager

Christy’s place is well laid out, has 99% of everything you need for a relaxing stay & the complex is wonderful! Definitely would stay again!
Stayed for 1 month and this was a great place to stay. Close to beach, downtown and grocery stores. Trolly stop in front of complex. Saltwater pool was closed several times because of high surf, not really the fault of the property. Being right on the shore has its drawbacks. Overall enjoyed the stay.
This is our 2nd stay at the condos and love the location- pools- comfortable and well stocked unit!
Hope to return next year.
Wasn’t worth the price we paid per night. One complaint no dining area in condo. Dining table outside is not covered and it rained every evening. If you had questions or concerns no one on-site to help. Mesquites were horrible!!!
Having to wash all linens before check out time of 10am was inconvenient. Will not be staying here again.
From the moment my husband and I arrived this property was all wrong. There was no parking, no front desk person to assist us, and the noise level never stopped. All 4 days we stayed it sounded like someone was having a dance party above us and kids screaming non-stop. My husband turned on a slow song on the patio to dance with me and we got in trouble for that. Someone tried coming into our room at 8am and my husband had to insist they had the wrong room. If we could of left early from this place trust me we would had.
It was really unique the parking was kind of difficult. We just ended up parking outside of the gate and walking in
Lovely maintained gardens, sand, and 2 pool areas and the view was great. Only issue we had was a few nights of noise from upstairs neighbours/vacationers but really not too bad and otherwise seems like a quiet complex. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens. Downtown is close enough to walk. I would definitely recommend this place.
