We were there with seven persons (three generations) and everybody had a wonderful time. The view is as breathtaking as the image implies and everything was just perfect!
The property has the most beautiful view of the sunset. Check in was extremely easy. I would definitely come back again!

The view from the outside deck and the home overall was exceptional. It takes a bit of a drive up some steep hills to get to the house and we had a little bit of a mixup at check-in, but Radu quickly resolved everything and got us into the house ASAP. So many things were provided for inside the home, including snorkel and beach gear, and they thought of everything. My kids loved staying there and it was a central location to explore the entire island from. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed this home and view for our trip. Especially for the price. A few things to consider are; It is a bit cramped for a group of 9. The 2 twin beds are not meant for adults over 140 lbs. The driveway is quite steep and can be tricky. And there were cockroaches, which we know can be an issue on the islands. Otherwise, the Host was very responsive and they were well stocked on many items for guests.

Beautiful place all around, from the view to the house, everything was perfect! We all felt very comfortable, the place was large enough for the 7 of us to have our own space as well as a common space to spend time together. Very clean!

The house was perfect. The view was amazing and even better than the pictures in the listing. We enjoyed the deck and hammocks a lot. The owner gave us great recommendations for beaches and places to visit.
We had a wonderful 4 night stay with 10 people (6 adults, 4 children). Radu was very responsive and provided sightseeing recommendations that were off the beaten path and were highlights of our trip in Kona. The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking meals at home and also provided beach and snorkeling gear to use. Location was quiet and a short drive to all the spots we wanted to visit. The view from the large balcony deck was breathtaking! We highly recommend this house for families visiting kona and we would love to stay again.
This property was amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space to fit our two families comfortably. The location was close to downtown Kona but had an amazing view overlooking it all. The property owners were very helpful with tips and were quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful with a great view. Very roomy and we were very comfortable in it. The house had everything you would possibly need. The issue we had was the front shower was very slippery. My mother in law slipped but she is fine. I would recommend this house to everyone, we loved it.

The house was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed-even boogie boards and snorkeling gear!The deck/lanai was so pleasant; with a beautiful view of the ocean, and we loved the hammock seats. We ate most of our meals out there. It was a great home base from which to explore the island.
We had such wonderful vacation, and this beautiful house played a big part! Everything was absolutely beautiful! This home offered everything we needed. We prepared breakfast and dinner at home and found the kitchen well-stocked, clean, and furnished with new, high-end appliances. The open concept enabled all ten of us to enjoy each other’s company. The beds were comfortable, and the 2 1/2 bathrooms fit our needs. The grounds were beautiful, and we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Watching the sunset was never missed. The house is conveniently located. The notes from Radu, the property owner, gave us helpful tips on places to visit. I honestly have NO cons at all. I have used VRBO for over 20 years, and this is easily the best place we have ever stayed!
Nothing but good things to say about our stay. Beautiful, clean, well kept property with a huge Lanai. Excellent location for roaming around the west side of the island.

The house is truly stunning with a breathtaking view from the lanai, and is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Given the altitude the air is much cooler than at sea level. The owner Radu is very kind and helpful, and also gave us valuable tips for visiting the island. I absolutely recommend a stay here.

The property had an amazing view of the ocean. We ate on the deck every morning and evening, it was magical. This home was one of the most well stocked in supplies and necessities we’ve ever stayed at. So us cooks really appreciate that. The house is super clean, comfortable and modern. Radu was a great host and offered good tips for exploring Kona. The driveway was quite steep and the bedroom with two twin beds was a bit musty so I slept on the couch. Other than that we loved our stay. Would definitely consider this property again next time we visit.

This beautiful home, on top of a hill, in an upscale neighborhood, and with breathtaking sunset views; this house was everything my family and I could’ve asked for. It was in a perfect location for us. Just 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from our favorite beach. It included all of the amenities to help us have wonderful beach experiences. You will surely enjoy this home!
We were two families with teen age kids staying at this property. We had a wonderful time. The place was so welcoming. We found all the amenities that we needed. The sunsets were amazing off the lanai. It is true, a very quiet neighborhood. If you want to go out for some nightlife be prepared to take an Uber. I would come back here again.
Very nice, great view of the Kona coast. A lot of amenities. Driveway was challenging at first, but no problem afterwards.
