The location of the property was excellent. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Parking was convenient. The grill area was a great bonus and the pool was wonderful. The owner responded quickly to our questions.
It was a nice little place. Convenient walking distance to downtown. It was nice sitting out on the Lanai and having dinner there. The place was available earlier than expected and I was notified that we could arrive earlier. I posted a picture of us on the Lanai and the view.

We stayed in this condo the end of February. We have never had a bad experience in a VRBO before, but this one was terrible! The condo has never been kept up. It had:peeling paint on all the woodworkdirty woodworkholes in walls where art work had previously beenhad to clean the washing machine before using. It was filthy.the oven was so dirty we couldn't use it. It would have set off the smoke detectorThe refrigerator was not clean and is rusted, inside and outNeeds a total paint jobNeeds new flooringI contacted the owner when we got back and sent her pictures. She refunded the cleaning fee, but said since we didn't call her while we were there that was all she could do. There was nothing that could have been done while we were staying there. It needs a complete overhaul! Wish there was a way to submit pictures to this review.
Views of the ocean were nice from the lanai. Condo is adequately supplied but needs another chair in the living room. TV situation and condo are outdated.
We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and considerate. Easy check in and check out. Great location to walk around town and small beaches, whale watching, nice pool and hot tub. The BBQ area is great too!
Nice apartment with a view of the pool and the ocean. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn’t need to utilize the kitchen, but it appeared to be appropriately stocked. The lanai is pleasant place to sit and relax the apartment is very convenient to walking into Kona and exploring the island.

Great place to stay when visiting Kona. Beautiful sunset views from the pool area and one of the best beaches on the island to surf and/or boogie board is right next door.
The condo was clean and well equipped. Great location, nice ocean and sunset view and amenities. I would definitely reccomend and atay here again.
this is a spacious one bedroom with large lanai area. Four people adults stayed here with lots of room. The kitchen is well equipped. It also has rice cooker, coffee maker, hot water kettle and toaster, microwave, full over and dishwasher. They have beach chairs and cooler bags

Erica was very prompt and courteous to our requests. The condo was very clean and everything in good working order. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Toiletries were greatly appreciated. You are a 10 minute walk to the heart of Kona (shopping/dining/Farmers mkt). You can walk on the street by the hotels parallel to Alli drive to avoid cars and highway noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a couple nights in Kona. This place was perfect!. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed. Everything working well in the condo, lots of amenities. Great for 2 adults and maybe a couple kids. Free parking with easy access to the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ'S and ocean front area to enjoy the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

The positives are the pool and the hot tub were super clean and enjoyable to be there. It was an ocean view and could hear the waves. Nice location to walk into town.
We felt the condo really needed scrubbed down. It felt dirty. Every knob was sticky and had grime on it. The lamps had 10 years of dust on them. There was a ick factor in the place. I do have to say it was very well appointed with everything you would need.
This was wonderful! Very short walk to all the stores and right on the ocean. Hot tub and pool were very nice- will definitely consider staying here again the next time.

The unit was very clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. They even have a pack and play and extra pad mattress in the closet if you need along with beach chairs, umbrella and a few other things. The manager was very friendly and communicative. The property itself was also clean and relaxing. Pool was perfect and easy to walk to the rocky beach in front with a small sandy beach on the side. Property is within 5 mins walking distance from ocean front restaurants downtown. We bought fish one night and grilled by the pool. Great stay.
