Enjoyed our time in Kona.
The bed was comfy, and the unit was as advertised. The host responded to messages immediately. I really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings, music from a nearby cafe could be heard.
GREAT stay! We will definitely be back next year! Everything was excellent, just as promised!
Great location right near the old part of town. Easy walk to dining and the water. Nicely appointed unit with responsive owner.
Quiet building. Loved the free parking. Good location for walking to shops and food.
Overall the condo was nice with lots of amenities plus was in great tourist area. There was a little confusion, on my part, with getting in but the host was quick to respond with assistance. I did recommend having a map of the condo property available because was challenge to locate the pool.

Very clean and convenient, you can hear the waves from the lanai. It had every amenity we needed for our stay and we were all very comfortable.
My mom had never been to Hawaii, so we booked Kris’ condo for her stay. She absolutely enjoyed her visit and had nothing but positive things to say about her accommodations.

We only stayed one night as we were traveling to the Hilo side. We loved the location. So close to everything. The condo is very comfortable and nicely equipped with everything you need. The bed was a dream. It was so comfortable. Communication was good with very detailed information on how to check in and out. The Lanai was the best part. After a long day of traveling, we all just melted and relaxed. I actually fell asleep on the couch outside. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.
We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!
As advertised place. Great communication with owner. Lots of extras for your stay. Nice shampoo, conditioner and soap. Plenty of dishes. A/C is really cold! Easy safe parking. Right down on Main Street in Kona
Not really an ocean view, but close; and conveniently in the central part of Kona. Challenging to find in the dark when it's raining though! Wish I'd done a step by step to the parking garage.
We enjoyed the big lanai and the central location in the downtown business district. The condo had beach gear and enough supplies for us. It is ocean facing but the view is obstructed with a little view of the ocean. Downtown Kona has started charging for parking so it was nice to have included parking with the condo. It is also easy to get to without have to deal with too much traffic. We had a great stay with no problems.
Walking distance to everything. Beautiful view. The birds, what a lovely way to start each day! Will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you, Kris!
It was so great to be in the middle of shopping, beach, food, everything. We had a wonderful time.
The apartment was very clean and well appointed. There isn't a view, unless you want to see the building behind you and hear the local bar scene.
The hide-a-bed is large but very uncomfortable.
The king sized bed is the closest to sleeping in a marshmallow that I've ever experienced. It's very soft with many pillows and sheets that don't breathe.
The host is very nice! The apartment wasn't ready until a couple hours after the check in time, however, the host was very communicative.
The location is convenient to touristy restaurants and shopping.
