We loved the view of the ocean from this condo and the easy walk to town. The bed was very comfortable which helped with sleep and adjusting to the time zone. This was a good place to call home base for a week.
It was a very lovely apartment like shown on the pictures! The check-in was trouble-free and we had a parking lot in front of the building.

My wife and I traveled over 3 days early in front of our 3 children and grand baby. We just needed a smaller place for that time period and chose this place.We found the accommodation as advertised. It is conveniently located to town, just a short walk. The complex was very clean and quiet.
This is our second stay at Kona Mansions. Property managers checked on our stay and were very attentive to our comfort. The only thing that is difficult is that this property has no elevator to upper floors so if you have mobility issues that can be very challenging. Will stay again.

Great location with an ocean view. Easy, fifteen minute walk to downtown Kona so no need for a car. Plenty of space for two people. Excellent internet and cable tv service. Nice pool and grilling area. Nice landscape

Kona Mansions is a great location, close to the main shops, the trolley stop, and a short walk to two small beaches. Our condo unit was on the top floor with a view of the ocean and sunsets.The unit was small but clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beach towels, chairs and a cooler were provided by the owner, however we had to ask about these items in advance as neither the VRBO site nor Knutson's information package had this information. Further, there is no dishwasher, the couch was dirty and uncomfortable, and we had to hunt for the instructions for the combo washer/dryer.We would have liked to swim in the pool at Kona Mansions but the water was dirty and not inviting. The same for the BBQs: dirty and not usable.Our experience with Knutson & Associates staff was great, and we will be renting a different property from them next year.
Odd layout in the bathroom but overall very nice condo.
