Exactly as advertised, great location
Stayed here with my family of 5 and one 15 mos. baby and had a great time. The locations is great and enjoyed the ground floor. The condo had all the things we needed for the beach.
Very clean unit and well appointed!. we really felt at home for the last week The pool however, was unusable.
Kona mansions was a great location, close to town and the beaches. Very walkable to some great sites with a nice nightlife. We were able to do other fun tours and it was just centrally located for hikes and seeing the national park. The condo itself was very comfortable and we used many appliances in the kitchen.
Good place and location to town
This property was perfect for our stay! Air conditioning was very useful. The beach equipment was also very convenient. Washer/dryer… located just a 5 min walk from the heart of town. Loved our stay.
This is a nice property close to the main walking area by the ocean (slight hill to get to the property). It had many nice extras like games, towels, coolers, ice packs and snorkel gear. There is one lanai and it is off the master bedroom so that is the only place to sit outside. Just something to be aware of if you have two couples traveling together. Overall we had a great experience. The property management company is responsive and easy to work with.
We had a great stay with you at Kona Mansions. The place was as described on the website, it was well stocked with what is needed and a comfortable condo. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
Really enjoyed the site. The main floor made life easier. The location was good. Parking was easy. Site was clean. Lots of room for 5 adults.
Convenient and close to Kona. Well stocked with linens and cookware and beach extras (cooler, chairs). Really cute ground floor unit. Seems super clean—floors, beds, bathrooms.
This would have been a perfect review if the bedroom with the washer and dryer in it did not have such a strong mold smell.
We had a wonderful experience on the island. The property was very nice. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the place. Mahalo!
It is a beautiful place. We won't get tired going back and forth. We loved where we stay so closed to downtown walking thru beaches.

The condo was clan, well-appointed with swim fins, beach chairs, towels, full kitchen accessories, and pool in a pleasant environment. Works great for 2 couples. Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The location was great, the home was great also, but their was a few thing that were disappointing, the property hadr some issue upon check in, which I had a hard time checking in, I had to call the property management for check in instructions, when finally checked in I notified the property host in regurads to the damage that were already their, I am being charged for an iron board holder that came off the wall along with some dry wall due to the weight of the ironing board, mind you I did not use the iron board my whole visit it was located next to washer and dryer , the shade from out side of the patio fell down ( came off the hooks) during the night when it was raining, again I am being charged for that also,when trying to explain the situation with them after being charge over $300 for damage, they had the nerve to say I don’t want to pay and I am a bad guest, that was really shocking to me and disappointingI also rented another unit through this company for the same amount of days and dates, and I must say I had no issues at all with other unit nor it host the other unit was perfect no complaints.

The place was just as described. I we had 4 adults and 2 kids inland it was perfect for us. The location was central to everything we did. Loved everything about it.
Between 2 and 5 guests at varying times--borrowed a cooler and some masks from the unit. Very comfortable, nice lanai.
This place checked many boxes. The two full bathrooms and private lanai made it feel luxurious for our family of 4. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lots of plants and the showers had good water pressure. The kitchen had a very good selection of cookware and dishes. Walking distance to the Kailua-Kona waterfront made it a very convenient base for our adventures. Thanks for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Because of flight delays we didn’t get to the condo till late evening. The complex is on the dark side and a little hard to find. However if you live there it might be perfect. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable exactly as indicated. Thank you for a perfect stay.
Overall, it is a great location and very quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and lots of amenities for preparing and eating at the residence. It even included a cooler and snorkeling gear for fun at the beach. Loved that it had a washer and dryer- this made packing easier overall.
Did not appreciate being charged Damage Protection after the booking. It was optional at booking and was not included in the check out price. Very unethical to charge someone separately after a non-refundable booking.
