Great location for some quiet relaxation, but a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Kona. The rooms were good size and very accurate as advertise.
Beautiful way to start the morning with coffee and an incredible view from the wrap around lanai. Property management went above and beyond with any questions or needs. The condo grounds were beautiful. Having washer & dryer was a bonus. New cushions on lanai furniture would be appreciated.
Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean property. Views are great. Can't wait to come back.
My family and I including my 4 month old grandson had a great time at the condo. We saw pods of wales and dolphins from the lanai. The location was close to town and there was plenty of parking for our two cars. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is the coffee pot, it had the wrong carafe for the machine which made coffee collect in the filter causing the coffee to overflow, other than that we all had a great time!

We stayed here for 10 wonderful days. We had everything we needed including coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and a few sand toys. The views from the wrap around lanai were amazing and the place was very peaceful. If you come with kids the quiet times are quite strictly enforced as well as no jumping in the pool so just be aware of that and you will have a wonderful stay.
Pros: Paul, our host, was incredible. He was very responsive & accommodating from start to finish. The location & views are 10/10, incredible. Well equipped & comfortable condo for our party of 5. Cons: Very strict rules, it seems as though many of the other condos are inhabited by older residents who frown on those of us renters enjoying our vacation (i.e. conversing “too loudly” at dinner on the lanai, no floaties or splashing/fun in the pool, etc.) feels almost like it should be a 55 property based on the very strict rules & how they’re enforced by the residents. Overall, would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Paul, for a wonderful stay!
The grounds are beautiful. Garden of Eden. Views spectacular. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards. Wrap around lanai amazing and quiet. Will stay here again. Only improvement: Lanai furniture could use upgraded cushions- not very comfortable.
We were teacher’s on spring break. This home gave us plenty of space. The view and the large lanai were fabulous and peaceful. We enjoyed starting and ending each day on the Lanai. It was just a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy!

We had a lovely time at this condo! It was laid out beautifully, and the view was stunning. The loft got a bit to warm at night, but it was manageable. We were very gratefully for the air conditioning. The only thing that was a little silly was amount of toilet paper provided for a condo that sleeps 6 people: 3 rolls for one week for 6 people. Then they wanted to charge us $35 to bring more. I thought that was a bit silly. Otherwise, the grounds were beautiful. The pool was lovely, and it was perfect distance to downtown Kona.
