I loved staying in this unit. Beautiful ocean view, excellent pool area, quiet after 10:00. It's all here. What I especially liked is usually not mentioned in a review: nothing in the unit felt as though it had come from a home where it was not longer needed. Example: All the plates matched, silverware was from the same set, good sized cups, decent glasses, great furniture, decent decor. Also, everything was very clean. People from the Knutson Office were very responsive if we had questions or concerns. I felt like I was on a great vacation in a beautiful unit instead of a great vacation in my college dorm.

This property was in a fabulous location. The amenities were impeccable. There was a landscaper on the premises every day tidying up the property. The view of the ocean was spectacular, we saw whales and dolphins. The condo had everything we needed, including the air-conditioning. We could walk to restaurants if we chose or drive.

This property was well stocked and clean. The condition was a problem. Patio chairs had broken slates, make sitting in them an issue. The floor was new laminate but poorly installed. It was not completely glued down make some of the edges sharp. A metal strip between the tile and laminate was not secure. View was great and property management was great.

This rental has a wonderful ocean location. The condo complex is lovely with a nice pool/hot tub-grills and deck chairs. Sunset views are perfect. The condo is well stocked with kitchen and recreation items that are a real bonus. Balcony overlooks pool with ocean view. Community is quiet and friendly.
