The house is very comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the back deck and much of the house. Plus, just on the other side of the fence is an amazing cove to snorkel in. A few minutes walk away is a sandy beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Very nice property with every amenity needed.
The second bedroom up stairs had a gap in the middle of the bed. My daughter and her husband said it was uncomfortable. They also heard a lot of road noise in the second bedroom upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom was great. We couldn’t find an air conditioner remote in the master bedroom, but found remotes for all other rooms. Over all we had a good time. I will recommend this property to family and friends. We plan on coming back next year to this property but we will request one of the condos away from the road.
Perfect for family or multiple couples with 3 private bedrooms ( one downstairs with a bit less privacy). The view!!! Master suite with private balcony was really nice although the balcony flooring was raw with jo finished floor. All needed basic amenities were there and the welcome basket was exceptional.
Loved the house, great area, plentiful activities, good base from which to explore the big island!
We had a great time! Lovely home, great location. House had an unobstructed view of the water- it is in the “second row” of homes, but they’re spaced nicely and nothing blocks the view. You’re able to get down to the water directly from the property where we snorkeled and even sat in the rocks to drink our coffee in the mornings! Magic Sand's Beach is a short walk from the home. It’s a popular, somewhat busy beach, but it had great waves for boogie boarding and was nice to have something close when you just have enough time for a quick beach visit. The house was beautiful with plenty of room and comfortable accommodations. We loved the big sliders to listen to the waves! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances (and even coolers and extra water bottles). The property managers were quick to respond and accommodating- even just over email. We would definitely stay here again! It was hard to leave!
It was a really nice stay. Everything was as the listing said. The view was gorgeous and we really enjoyed it.
The property itself is great. High ceilings, decks on 2 floors, great views of the surf coming in. Well equipped. One thing that would have been helpful is some light on the lower deck. BBQing in the dark wasn't easy. But that's a small thing in the grand scheme. The pool was good and it would have been great to snorkel off the end of the garden, but not when there's a swell like we had. Waves were too big. We did get to Captn Cook and Two Step though, both protected bays with great snorkeling -and since the property is to the south of Kona both were pretty easy to get to (15 and 30 minutes).
Little did we know we would be able to walk to a wonderful restaurant on the beach!
Wow, the property was amazing and clean. My room had an amazing view and could hear the waves while I slept.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. I would love to go back and stay in the same room as well.

Property is gorgeous-location and view could not have been better. well stocked kitchen. A few minor things, offered repair very quickly (toilet paper roll, shower door) lots of hot water, towels, good linens comfortable seating inside and outside, nice pool with perfect water temperature. Right next to Magic Sands Beach. If you added a tv in second suite and a Keurig - for me would be 10/10. Will recommend to friends.

Great house in a good location. The kitchen is well stocked and the little welcome cooler of goodies, including a jar of multiple spices was a great touch! Emailed communication was clear and concise and we had no issues following the directions to the house. The house is comfortable with plenty of outdoor seating options as well.
The condo was wonderful. We really appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. The kids loved the pool, the views were spectacular. We could hear the traffic on the road but it did not impact our sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.
Our condo with Kona Coast Vacations was absolutely outstanding. Clean, comfortable, in a great location and what a view! Definitely a keeper for future trips. Excellent responsiveness from our host.
Very happy overall. The only issue we had was that the A/C did not work well in one guest room on Xmas eve but they came to fix it the next day.
