The house was well appointed and the layout was perfect for all of the varying ages of our children and family members. The views expansive and the sunsets were epic. Would definitely stay there again!

5 adults and 2 infants - this location was incredible - the view alone was worth every penny.
The pool, the hot tub, everything was a dream.
The washing machine wasn’t working, so I called the kona coast vacations and they sent someone to look at it. Still didn’t work so when I called again they ordered in a whole new washer and it came next day. Awesome customer service.
The property was so close to the airport and Costco and lots of other shops.
3 very separate bedrooms all nicely kept (4th small bedroom)
I went with a rental company for baby equipment, but they had so much at the house . They say they can’t guarantee baby equipment and beach stuff but it had multiple play pens, lots of beach toys, a small tabletop high chair .

Property layout was perfect! Great views of the ocean, amazing sunsets, enough rooms and bathrooms for nine of us. The pool, hot tub and lanai was perfect. It was amazing place to stay for two weeks.
Just an fyi, it is an older home and some things could be fixed/updated but we would definitely come back and stay at this house if we end up back in Kona.

We have been to Heavens three times so far. We love the location of the property: close to the airport, the town and a short drive to our favorite beaches. The temperature at that altitude is always lovely.
The house has all the amenities to please us and the many family members and friends that visit us there: a huge kitchen, private rooms, a wonderful pool and hot tub and spectacular sunsets.
When we visit heavens we know our stay will be exemplary and we know that we can count on Kona Coast Vacations management team to handle any issues that might arise in a very timely fashion.
We will always reccomend Heavens to anyone looking for an Hawaiian getaway for a large party.
Our family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home for 17 days. The staff were awesome and dealt with little issues immediately. The home is large, plenty of room for 10 to hang together or spend time apart. The kitchen had all the gadgets, cookware, and dishware we could use. The pool and grounds were large and well maintained with many places to sit and catch rays or gather to eat. There were many pool toys and some beach equipment as well to enjoy our many trips to the beach (although we bought some too).
Our only complaint was that there were NO Dressers in 4 of the 5 bedrooms, so 8 of our family used little shelves in the closets, couches, or their suitcases to house their clothes during the stay. This may be fine for a few days, but was difficult for our 17 day stay. Except for one small bedroom all the other bedrooms are large with plenty of room for a dresser.
That said, we would absolutely stay again at The Heavens in Kona.
Perfect size for a family of 9. The swimming pool was awesome for our 3-year old granddaughter. The hot tub was great after doing some long grueling hikes on the island. Everyone enjoy the beautiful landscape and gorgeous sunset views. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen was clean, and the refrigerator was top of the line for keeping things cold in the humid/hot days. Our granddaughter loved the geckos. Everyone in our party agreed they would rent the house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!!!
3 bedroom/3 bathroom, outside pool, guesthouse with a room and it’s own bathrooms. Beautiful view from up top to see the rest of the town, it’s not as close to the ocean but you can see the ocean view. Coming up the driveway is a little steep and curvy, we brought our mom who will be 80, so with help she was able to make it up(good exercise if your up to walking up and down). There is parking space if you rent a car, turn around by the tree when you’ve almost reached the top. We are originally from a small village from Alaska so we were taken by the view and nature that surrounds us, the view from the kitchen or table next to the kitchen, kinda like our own little jungle cause where we live it’s flat with no trees or mountains. I tried to get everything, hope this helps. Thank you Kona heavens
The Heavens is truly a fantastic home for a family vacation. The 10 of us spent an outstanding 2 weeks with plenty of room to spread out to accommodate our separate interests and a generous kitchen to prepare joint meals for sunset dining every night poolside. Great place! No surprises. Just as advertised. Excellent!
The only issue we had was getting from the airport to the property. There were no taxes available and we waited for almost an hour to get a ride. The directions were useful…even the taxi driver didn’t know where it was.
But when we arrived…the place had lights left on for us and fans running. We were exhausted flying from Ontario Canada. The house did not disappoint. The two rooms at the back of the house was very quiet and private. The kitchen was well supplied.
The pool hadn’t been cleaned, so one phone call and it was looked after. The pool was on the cold side. Much colder then the last place we stayed. But we still swam.
The view was beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this property.
