In the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, you are just across the street from the shimmering ocean. From your private lanai feeling the island breezes, watch the murmuring surf and glorious sunsets. You are in the heart of town, steps to the local coffee shop where Hawaiian music graces the morning hours. There are 5 favorite restaurants within 2 blocks for dining out. Barbara's favorites are Huggo's on the Rocks (savor your favorite drink with your toes in the sand!!) and Don the Beachcomber's, home of the famous MaiTai at the Royal Kona hotel. Or you can cook for yourself in the beautifully renovated, fully stocked kitchen and eat on the lanai.
This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Please be adults over 25 and have no pets. There is a large swimming pool in the garden with a barbecue and there is a parking space for your car.
