Phenomenal ocean views. Perfect place for up to six. Nice community on golf course of a country club with a nice club bar and grill just a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. The loft was hot in September as it did not have an AC unit like the other two bedrooms and it was difficult to cool the whole house. A little too warm notwithstanding, the communication with the rental agent, the interior space and on property amenities including a pool and hot tub access were all outstanding. Would stay again in a minute but an upstairs A/C and a few more fans in the unit could go along way.

Great place. Close to the Keahou shopping center and downtown Kona. Also very close to Keahou Harbor where many excursions leave from. The rental had all the amenities needed plus beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers, and just about anything else you might need. Several board games for family fun. We even had a show right off the lanai watching the landscapers climb the super tall trees to trim them! And pigs on the golf course haha. Don’t miss the free Hula show on Friday nights across the street at Keahou shopping center! We would absolutely stay here again! The sunsets off the Lanai here are epic!

Lisa, the property manager, was responsive and took care of issues we encountered during our stay with the rental, although not everything is perfect, it is about how she actively takes care of the arising problem in a timely manner that makes a difference. Good customer service.The place is clean and gorgeous view.My family and I had a wonderful time.

Air conditioning for upstairs is essential. Its impossible to sleep up there. Unit was a good size and outlook was great. Pool toys are a great extra

Nice clean place that was perfect for a family of 6. They had extra things for beach days and grocery runs. The only negative is the bugs. this is normal for tropical islands but the bugs and roaches are insane. we kept the place clean and sprayed every night but bugs still was in the trash and counters.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything that was mentioned in the listing was accurate. Renters before us left supplies that we were able to use. We also left items for future renters. We were glad to have the AC as there was not much of a breeze while we were there.We had a couple issues, but these were items the property manager did not know about. Maintenance at the complex was working on the metal platform for the lanai. It was a little awkward as they were able to see into our rooms. Also, the chemical they were putting on the metal made it so we couldn't be out there as it was strong smelling.Lisa, the property manager, was very responsive. The tenant below us was making complaints about water dripping onto their balcony from our AC drainage tube. Lisa was quick to get someone out there to take care of the issue. Every time I have sent a message to Lisa; she responds within minutes (even when late at night).The property is in a good location. Food options nearby and stores were 15 minutes away. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family as there is plenty of room. I would rent again if vacationing there again.

Our group is from Maui. We decided to take a local dive trip. It was a little bit of a drive to get to the harbor but definitely manageable. The condo was good for our group of 4. The kitchen had what was needed to cook at home. We had a little trouble getting the bar-b-q going as it was low on gas. They were sand blasting the railings in front of the condo and it made the unit very dusty. I would recommend replacing the outside rug as one end was permanently turned up and we were tripping on it. The unit could use a little updating but was totally acceptable. We had a miscommunication but Lisa took care of everything in a professional manner.

The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful. The lanai is large and the primary bedroom walks out onto the lanai and has floor-to-ceiling windows. Truly could not get enough of the view.Kitchen was spacious and had what we needed. Generally, we were very comfortable there. Location is central, but quiet. In terms of sleeping space, we were two adults with three children and had plenty of space. In terms of the common space, there are 3 pools. They are older, fine, only one or two other people there when we used it, so it is servicable if you want a quiet environment, but not if you are looking for a pool with a luxury vibe or a social, people-watching pool. A/C in bottom two bedrooms, but not in common areas or loft. The unit was easy to cool with through large windows, open lanai and available fans, but if no central air is a deal breaker for you, its worth knowing about before booking!

This was our second time staying within his community. Absolutely love the view of the golf course and ocean. The pools and hot tubs on the property are well maintained. I had great communication with the property manager prior to and during the stay.

This properly suited our family very well. We stayed with 5 adults and were very comfortable… everyone had their own space.The unit was incredibly clean which is very important to me. Communication with the host was quick. We enjoyed coffee & meals on the lanai every day. The pool area & grounds were clean and well kept. The unit was supplied with lots of basics to use : soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc. it also had beach chairs, snorkel equipment.and much more .There is a grocery store, drug store & restaurants a 5 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer.
