Wonderful, location wonderful place would definitely do it again
Ver comfortable unit and easy to get to. Driving distance from restaurants, shops and groceries. Unit is located in the corner of the second floor, so very convenient. Complex has two pools and you can enjoy sunset from the saltwater one. Highly recommended for your stay in Kona
Close to everything. Walking distance to Kona and 5 mn walk to a wonderful outdoor market.
I even left extra spices for the next guest!
I’m very happy we rented this property for our 4 days in Kona. Great location—the property is conveniently located. You can’t necessarily walk to the downtown areas—sidewalks are practically non-existent, and it’s about a 25-30 minute walk. However, it’s a quick drive and still well located. The apartment felt smaller than I anticipated. The apartment was clean, but a little dusty. The property may have been unoccupied for sometime. The balcony view was wonderful. Fast and easy check in and check out process. Would recommend this property and would stay again.
The property was in a very convenient location for all that we wanted to do. The suite was “as shown” on VRBO site. Kona Vacations was provided terrific service with quick replies if we needed anything!!! Would definitely choose to stay at this complex again and or choose to book with Kona Vacations

Place looked exactly like the pics. I even had the unexpected pleasure of meeting the owner while I was there. Clean, orderly, nice decor, and well equipped kitchen. I will try to stay there again.
