We were fortunate enough to be able to stay in this beautiful Kanaloa Kona condo for about a week, waking up and having breakfast on the lanai was always the best start to the day. The views are wonderful. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked with all items we would need for a great stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, trash bags, laundry items etc. We were 5 adults(2 couples and a single) the condo has three sleeping spaces with a bathroom for each area which was perfect for us, there was plenty of seating while watching a movie one night as well. Each of the rooms has ceiling fans which were welcome during the warmer nights, the house also has A/C. The complex is very quiet and has a couple of pools for use, the owner is kind enough to provide a good stock of pool towels for use as well as beach chairs and other items you might want if you go to the beach. Check in and out was a breeze the staff on the property were very attentive. The grounds were very well kept and there is security at the gate and available on the property. There is a nice grocery store about a 2-3 minute drive (or a pretty good,10-15 min walk-up a bit of a hill) from the property as well as some good restaurants a drug store and our favorite... a shaved ice/ice cream/boba place! We snorkeled with Sea Paradise, highly recommend this catamaran style boat. We also rented Dune Buggy's with Big Island Buggy for the day to explore the island in the open air, perfect!
Nice complex of condos, quiet, clean, good location. Condo itself was well set up for two couples, and a loft. Furnished nicely, well stocked kitchen and tons of beach/pool stuff. Owners were very accommodating to allow of late check out - nice bonus for us.
We had a wonderful stay! Fantastic location, clean and beautifully furnished. The lanai is spectacular, roomy, comfortable with a breathtaking view. Sunsets were one of a kind right from the golf course green. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Shopping right across the highway with plenty of restaurant options. We will definitely be staying here again!
This condo was so wonderful for our family group of 6 adults. The 3 bed, 3 bath and spacious deck where a perfect fit. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us to move about. There were spices etc for us to use. The view of the golf course and ocean was fantastic. The condo was within walking distance to a shopping mall (grocery store and fantastic book shop), farmers market and harbor for tours. My son loved the golf course and some of us walked there in the mornings. The pools and furniture were fantastic. We loved the pool on the ocean, and also the quiet pool was good for down time and napping. Some in our group played pickle ball also. The condo had beach towels, chairs, mats, coolers, snorkeling gear etc. We used it all.

Loved this place. Nicely located. Owner was more than accommodating and always made you feel he was there for you. And they were. Property management was excellent. Views were priceless. Pools were extraordinary. All in all you won’t be disappointed. Only reason it didn’t get five stars across the board would be the loft. A little warm and door on bathroom made privacy a bit awkward. Also the close by beach isn’t all that. I had my grown adult girls there so they require a little more privacy. To me, don’t let it stop you. Overall you will be amazed by the sunsets. Party of five will love it. Couples in downstair rooms. Single individual in loft. Master room and its bathroom is definitely five stars. Everything you can need was there. Overall I was impressed.

The property was easy to find, and easy to enter. We loved every part of it: the decor, the lanai, the bedrooms were wonderful. My dad and friend each had a room and my son, husband and I had the loft, so it gave us all a little space of our own, plus shared space in the kitchen and living room. We swam in all the pools and explored the rocky trail and beach. We also loved the location for the shopping mall nearby for groceries and dinners out as well as a short drive into Kona and to the Volcano!
Wonderful time with our family here in Hawaii. Would recommend this condo to others.
Our family of 4 plus grandparents stayed for a week. We loved the location and the views! We even saw whales from the balcony and ocean pool. If you are looking for a great space with lots of room to spread out and amenities nearby, we highly recommend it.
Lots of room in living room. Full kitchen. 3rd bedroom a loft, bit warm until ac fixed. Awesome lanai and view.
This is a great place to stay! Beautiful view from the lanai, well stocked kitchen, lovely swimming pools and tennis courts with pickleball lines and paddles available for checkout. The owner is very responsive to questions. I will definitely stay here again!
