Just as described. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Beach chairs and towels and even a boogie board. Quiet place on the end with plenty of room. Beds comfy with plenty of extras. The washer and dryer a huge bonus. Lae Nani is a great place with close access to most everything you would need. Check in and check out a breeze.

The condo was well stocked and communication was excellent. We were very comfortable in the space and enjoyed the pool. The location was central for seeing Kauai, and the airport (and Costco) was very convenient. The condo grounds felt very safe.
The location here cannot be beat - the best beach in the area, a really nice pool, and the condo itself has clearly been well taken care of. The kitchen is great, the washer and dryer and invaluable, and the bedrooms are all very nice. The AC is fantastic, and being able to eat outside on the lanai by the koi pond is very relaxing.
Very comfortable, well equipped condo. Easy parking and access to pool, grill, and beach. No beach view but our baby loved the koi fish pond behind us. Appreciated having crib and beach things available to us.
Had wonderful weather and it was a beautiful room. Had to wait to get in as the maid didn’t know we were coming and didn’t really have time to clean it as well as it should’ve been cleaned. We cleaned as we went and I’m sure she didn’t have much to do after we left.
Bottle of wine left on bed with garbage, fans pretty dirty keys left in closet door, not enough towels. Other than that we had a great time loved the unit and would come back again
The condo itself was great. Clean, roomy and comfortable. We all agreed it was worth every penny.
Wonderfully appointed. Great kitchenwear, comfortable beds and furniture, and great beach gear. AC in bedrooms is great.
Very kind to give a late check out to accommodate disabled granddaughter. East to work with.
One possible suggestion is a screen door on the front door so as to leave the front door open more readily and make available the cross breeze.
Location was great, Koi pond is right out the back door. The beach is right around the corner. Location is private and close to the barbecue. Linda is awesome and responds very quickly! Condo is equipped with everything you need. Book it, just do it, you won't regret it!
This was our second time on the island and our second time staying at Lae Nani. This two bedroom unit worked great for our family of 4 and my sister & her husband. The ground floor allowed easy access to the unit and the kids loved being right across from the pond. The unit came very well equipped, and was very clean, loved having beach chairs and coolers available to use, as well as a full washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
The unit was nice although located in a corner at Lae Nana. Unfortunately, no breeze flowed through`and the "air conditioning" in the bedrooms had no effect in the living room. Otherwise all good.
I like this location and visit it for the second time (the same complex, different suit). There are everything you need in a walking distance - a grocery store, numerous restaurants and gift shops. You can swim in the ocean. It's just few steps away.
The property is clean, well maintained. it does not have an ocean view, but instead a charming corner with a pond, fishes, sounds of water and croaking frogs.
I use to rent VRBO properties in many locations and I have my own rating. The more hooks is the better. In many cases it's just no place for your towels or dresses in the bathroom. This property is 50+ hooks! Good Work!

Such a great place! Beautiful interior and exterior, super comfortable beds, lots of fresh air, and all the little touches that make it home away from home. Great for kids with a great (and warm) pool, an enclosed keiki area in the ocean, lots of green grass, and lots of toys and games in the unit. Lots to do / eat / drink within minutes (including the Lava Lava Beach Club) next door or able to get anywhere on the island within an hour. Highly recommend!
