This wonderful beach house with private pool is perfect for all your vacation needs! Centrally located one short block from beach and walking distance to Magic Sands and Kahaluu Beach Park.
Permitted 5 private bedrooms all with their own bathroom . The upper level has three bedroom suites two with plush king beds and a bedroom suite with a queen bed. On main level are two bedroom suites , one with a queen bed and two twins and one with a bunk bed and two twins. All of the rooms on the property are large and spacious.
You have several dining room areas - an interior dining room, exterior lanai facing the ocean, a covered lanai adjacent to the kitchen, and private backyard deck with BBQ, loungers, seating, and swimming pool!
The home features fully equipped kitchen, WIFI/High Speed Internet are provided. There is a huge flat screen TV in the living room and most bedrooms have TVs.
We start you off with supplies as a courtesy, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and soap.
The home is decorated with tropical touches sure to bring a smile to your face. Beautiful grounds with private courtyard and garden are well maintained.

This beautiful beach home is located on one of the quietest, relaxed, and established neighborhoods in Kailua Kona, and still is close to everything. You won't have to deal with the constant roar of traffic on Kailua Kona's main coast road - Alii Drive.
It’s a short walk to three of the best beaches in Kona. The first is White sands beach which the locals call Magic Sands swimming, boogie boarding, and snorkeling in the clear blue water are a must... On the south end of the Beach Park is a secluded cove that is perfect for snorkeling or shore entry scuba diving with volcano swim thru tubes. In the center of the Park is an ancient Hawaiian Heiau (spiritual place).
Short Walk south is the famous snorkeling beach, Kahaluu. Kahaluu offers easy access to the undersea population of green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of every description. Gentle waves on the far side are great for easy surfing, with a surf shop across the street if you need lessons.
After a glorious day in the sun, it is just a short stroll back to White Sands Beach to watch a spectacular romantic Kona sunset. Watch the sunset each evening from the comfort of your lounge chair, mai-tai in hand, on the lanai.

Good Neighbor Policy:
(a) Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Housekeeping Items:
1) The house has a very 'open layout concept', and windows, shades should be left open to allow the optimal wind and ocean flow through the house and various rooms. As the house is open and airy, if you leave dirty dishes and food lying around, we will not be responsible if it attracts ants, mice, mongoose, birds and rats.. The house is regularly bombed and pest sprayed. If your practice is 'clean' and 'tidy' you will not have any problems. The open concept allows the occasional native critters (like gecko) to pay guests a visit. This property may not be for you if you are afraid of our native friends.
2) There are no AC. The house is situated a block away from the beach - open the slider windows for cool ocean breeze to flow through the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the living room and the five bedrooms.
3) For security purposes, we do have exterior cameras (pool area plus external grounds). We do not hide their positions and they are in very visible locations.
4) We will send you a house rules/short term rental contract to sign prior to providing check-in instructions. Please have all adults of your party read and sign the form!
5) Complementary supplies: Guests are provided 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 2 rolls of paper towel, some laundry soap/shampoo to get your vacation started. It is your responsibility to provide yourselves with these items when the complimentary supplies we provide are depleted.
6) In order to get accurate pricing, please enter the correct number of adults and children. There is an additional cost of $35/per person/night beyond 8 guests.
