It was very nice. We had an issue with the WiFi and were there within 10min to fix. They everything you would need for your stay.

Sarah’s place was perfect - perfectly located away from the hubbub of touristy Kailua-Kona but certainly close enough (if you have a car) to get anywhere (diving with manta rays anyone?). Her place was beautifully appointed for two adult couple - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Comfortable living room area with a fancy aquarium set up in the wall unit. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Probably a highlight were the front deck seating area PLUS a back deck seating area. The lights over the back deck was a nice touch. On premise parking was a plus. I couldn’t figure out to lock the doors when we left but that was probably on me. For two adult couples, I’d definitely stay here again. Sarah was very easy to communicate with. 5 stars for sure.

Pros: Good location to avoid Kona traffic and be near the Kohala coast. Washer, dryer, oven, and stove work. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Minor Cons: Upon arrival, there were no trash bags and all of the bath towels were folded but wet. Kitchen knives are extremely dull; kitchen could use a colander and larger draining rack. Pillow cases, outdoor chair cushions, and sofa cushions are stained.Larger concerns: Smoke detector is missing. Master pocket door bathroom lock is broken such that my child got stuck because the inside handle would not engage the lock but just spun in place; had to lift the pocket door up to disengage the lock. Curtains in bedroom, bedroom window blinds, and bedroom fans have black mold. In the kitchen, 2 cabinets fell off hinges when we opened them. Sofa bed and rugs need deep cleanings. We had planned to use the sofa bed but had to use a small rollaway twin bed in master bedroom because no a/c in living room. We anticipated this and had planned to open windows at night. However, every screen is full of holes and mosquitoes and flies immediately entered the house when windows opened. A broken appliance in the living room made constant chirping sound that the host did not know how to stop. Luckily, the bedroom a/c units drowned out the sound at night. I notified the host of all of these issues before we left and she said she would tend to them.
Everything was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!
This home and the owner are absolutely exceptional!!! We did not want to leave it felt like home. Great amenities and close to so many activities and the airport.
My family enjoyed staying. Perfect location to teavel west island. The house was very beautiful, clean, and had more than we needed. We definitely gonna com back. Highly recommended!
As soon as we walked in the property it was comfortable and the view of the ovean was spectacular! Everything was clean except the drawers in the main hallway bath had hair and dust in it and the dishwasher had dishes left behind. Very comfo63

We just loved this condo! It worked as a base for our day trips. It is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked well with pans, utensils, and dishes. Safeway and Walmart are a short drive away. Sarah was extremely easy to work with and responded to emails quickly. The beds are comfortable and there are air conditioning splits in each bedroom. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. There is a dining table on the front porch and a large deck out back.Parking is off the road near the house. You would definitely enjoy your stay here.
This location was perfect for us as we visited the west side of the Big Island. The home was peaceful, and the sunset and morning coffee on the lanai were tranquil and perfect. Every detail was thought of and we wish we had more time to enjoy!
My family and I (4 adults) truly enjoyed staying here while visiting the Big Island! The place has two bedrooms with a rollaway cot and a pull out sofa. We ended up putting the cot in the secondary bedroom since the bedrooms have wall AC. But the main area and kitchen are also nice and cool down as well. The birds love to sing at night, just as a friendly heads-up :) This place is a great place to book since it has a close location to downtown Kona, the airport, and any major retailers. You are in a nice neighborhood and have a great view of the ocean. It's a great place to stay.

The Property was well appointed, maintained and in a great location, central to all of Kona and West Island Activities, the host was very helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony table in the mornings and we could get to shops, beaches and the best restaurants in minutes. Would definitely recommend the property and will likely return when we come back to Kona.

Our work group stayed here while attending a trade show, and it was perfect! The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The charming sound of coqui frogs at night added a magical touch to the experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!
A wonderful and recommended stay. House has a great layout, with a lanai in front and deck out back. Location is very nice, and easy to get to many places. Quiet location also. Its clear the house has been well used, and a bit of light maintenance would be beneficial (paint, cupboard hinges, dryer noisy). No deal breakers at all however, and would recommend.

We loved staying here! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, up the hill and away from the crowds but perfectly located for zipping down for dinner and exploring other areas of the island. The front porch was terrific for enjoying coffee in the morning. The home was clean and tidy with the bonus of being able to open all the doors to let the breezes flow through. Comfy beds and having the a/c in the bedrooms was great. Sarah was great to communicate with - we'll definitely stay here on our next visit to the big island!
Can’t imagine a better place to stay and explore the Kona coast.
Our family stayed for 6 nights. We could have stayed forever. The property is even nicer in person. Ocean view was great. Two great bedrooms. Open living, dining and family area. Located within 5 minutes of every thing you will need. Property owner was great. Very responsive and helpful with things to do. Greatest value for money.
This lovely home in the hills above downtown Kona has an open feeling and beautiful views. We were there for a week with our family of 4, including two college-age daughters. We loved having coffee and breakfast in the morning on the lanai and coming home after a day of adventure to relax. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. We took advantage and cooked some of our meals. Sarah is an excellent and gracious host. She was super responsive and helpful in providing tips. She even dropped off a gift to us during the Christmas holiday. The house is very centrally located to exploring the Big Island. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.
Open, airy house in quiet neighbourhood. Convenient to tourist district via a few minutes in the car. (Could do it with a long walk I guess). House as described - clean and nice.
Really lovely apartment, extremely well-stocked. Nice view out to the ocean. Would be great for families or two couples (although note that one queen bed and one king with en suite). Make sure you are ok with stairs. You might want a car, or plan to use uber (short, inexpensive drive). Evenings were cool and comfortable, but appreciated that had option for AC in the bedrooms. Owner is extremely responsive and very helpful!
