Location, location, location. and Mark & Mary - were very responsive and accommodating, great hosts. We were walking distance all restaurants on Alii Drive. We were there for 14 days and never ate in the same restaurant twice and the food was great. The condo unit is very well supplied with everything you need. Alii is noisy but quiets down in the evening and worth it for the location. Beaches nearby. The beach at the Pier is great for just a relaxing time and has decent, easy snorkling and is an easy walk. Magic Sands is walking distance and there is a free shuttle to take you to other places. Just minutes away from golf and other beaches.
Great location for vacation and getting around was easy. Everything you need is supplied and property clean and comfortable.

This was our second stay at this condo. It's just great all the way around. Sunsets from the lanai, good ocean view from both downstairs and upstairs lanai/deck. Owners very responsive to questions/issues. New very comfortable sofa set since last spring. Plenty of space and well appointed. It's our favorite condo in Kona.
This was our first experience staying in a VRBO. We were pleasantly impressed with the penthouse and all the amenities!! The place was immaculate, beds comfy, great location for restaurants!! We found it great to be able to do a little laundry! Having our designated parking spot was a huge plus! Mary the owner of this property was very friendly, and accommodating! We highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!!

This is an excellent place in downtown Kailua-Kona! Very clean and well stocked for your vacation! Check in was easy , and could not have asked for a netter place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and well stocked. The owners were very responsive to questions. This is the first time we have stayed in town and were expecting lots of noise from Alii Drive and nearby restaurants. We were surprised by how little noise there was. The views from both decks were great. We slept in the loft bedroom and really appreciated the AC. We only used it at night and it quickly and quietly cooled the bedroom area. AC was available downstairs, but we didn't use or even need it there. The pool was large enough for my husband to do his daily lap swims. We would stay here again.

We loved the condo! Myself and my 21y/o granddaughter and her husband came for Ironman week. Great location and all the amenities we could ask for.

Wonderful property, clean, organized, well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. The beach gear was great to have, I know it’s possible to rent snorkeling gear and chairs, but having it available in the room was fabulous, especially the coolers. The humidity was a lot for someone who comes from a state with very low humidity so the A/C in the rental was a blessing.
Sitting on the balcony, watching the waves while I drank my coffee in the morning was my favorite activity. Easy access to the property. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
We will absolutely stay there again!
