This was the worst unit we've ever rented through VRBO! The unit was filthy, mildew/mold in showers, floors were filthy black dirty, unit was hotter than hell, the noise from the basketball/soccer court right outside the unit, the little tiny broken box that she called an AC unit was 8 x 8 and didn't cool ANYTHING! VRBO WAS NO HELP! People like this should be fined! I would never recommend this place or VRBO SERVICES! I stayed with family and refused to stay there. My friend stayed by himself most of the days because he paid for it! We used my sisters AC unit in the living room only, which kept the room at 80 to 85 degrees the whole time! Which was way too hot to stay in! The most disgusting unit EVER!!!!
The condo was perfect for a family of 5. Except the parking it was a little to tight, but it was manageable. We all had fun and enjoyed ourselves there.
Stayed with a family of 5 and really liked our stay. Communication was great, clean room, nice pool, location was in the middle of our activities, supplies like umbrellas and towels provided, felt safe. The only drawback was there was only a tiny AC. But after we decided to leave the windows open and patio sliding door open, the breeze went through and it felt ok. The windows have these very large blinds and you can't see in even when open, so it felt safe
The location of this condo cannot be beat. all the best restuarants and bars are just a few steps away. However, we could not get into the room until 4:25 due to late cleaning. Additionally, we were very disappointed to find out the condo did not have air-conditioning as it had listed in the ad. The owner then told us that the small box in the bedroom would blow cool air once we filled it with chilled water. However that did not work as it was missing the outlet plug adaptor. I tired several of my own and that did not work.
This property had everything we needed! Location was amazing in the heart of Kona. Close to all the shops and restaurants. The condo had a comfortable bed, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have chairs, and boogie boards to use on the beach! We loved sitting on the baloney each day with our coffee and wine overlooking the pool and you could even see the ocean! It was quiet at night and even without air conditioning you could keep cool with all the ceiling fans. Melissa had a binder made up with so many tips for sight seeing and restaurant suggestions that we found very helpful. When we walked in we were greeted by Hawaiian flowers in every room, a nice touch! We loved our first visit to the Big Island and would definitely recommend this property.
The condo was as described and very clean. Great location just steps away from anything you'd want to do in Kona. Great to have in-unit laundry.Only downside is that since it isn't air conditioned, you'll likely want the place opened up all night. The great location means foot and car traffic right outside, so was woken up a few times throughout the night. Not a big enough problem that I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're a very light sleeper, it's something to be aware of.

If you want a condo that's close to everything this is the one. Ocean, farmers market & restaurants are within several blocks. Property manager was super with any questions.
We stayed for four days, and it was a wonderful experience. The building and equipment weren’t new, but everything was clean, calm, and convenient. Best of all, we could access everything on foot. I’d love to stay here again next time.
Our second time staying in this condo. The location is very good. We need accessible space and venues and found many nearby. Shopping and dining along Ali’i Drive is a real treat
We loved the location, pool and pool toys! Our small view of the surf was wonderful to enjoy from the lanai during the high surf while we visited. Thanks for the lovely stay in Kona!

Perfect location and size!
This place is excellent for a small group (1-3 people). It is very centrally located, a short walk to all the downtown Kona shops and restaurants. Being so close to Alii'i Drive and everything else means it's not for the lightest of sleepers, it did not bother me. Like I said, it's great that it's a short walk to everything. It is nice to have a reserved parking spot, parking in Kona is a challenge at the best of times. The unit is well stocked, although I did not take much advantage of that. Nor did I ever manage to use the pool, but it looked nice. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay there again.
Property needs a new cleaning company and have air conditioning installed.
Watching and hearing waves crash from the lanai was so peaceful, day and night. Great restaurants and shopping all within a few blocks.

We loved staying here! Super close to everything and having a personal parking spot was so nice. The parking lot is pretty tight though. Having to have a key to get in the elevators, stairwells, etc gave us a lot of peace of mind as well! Would definitely stay again!
The location was great, the two bathrooms were very handy, the supplies were very convenient, the pool was beautiful, the view from the lanai was beautiful. The only problem was that the bedroom window faced the driveway and the game courts. The noise from the driveway and the courts was occasionally disturbing late or early.

Great place to stay! In the center of Kona, close to shops and restaurants. Farmers market near by. The condo was clean, nice view from the lanai.
The only thing we had was there is no air conditioning as advertised! However the rooms have ceiling fans and with the widows open it was ok. Not sure how it would be when it gets hotter.

This place was just as advertised. The location was amazing, with a short walk to multiple restaurants and shops and views of the ocean. The space was plenty big for us. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well appointed and clean.
We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a place within walking distance of some shopping, different choices for meals out or take out. I cannot imagine a better location; we were very pleased with everything.
We arrived after dark so found it a little challenging to understand the good directions provided to us. Once we were able to see things in daylight, everything was easier. I'd recommend planning your arrival during daylight hours if possible.
Everything one would need was provided. That was very welcoming and made things easy for us.
While we didn't have a full-on view of the beach area, what we saw was wonderful. It was easy enough to go downstairs and take picture of amazing sunsets at ground level.
We didn't BBQ but saw others taking advantage of provided equipment.
There were several great dining options close by. Our favorite ended up being Thai Bin. During our short stay we had 3-4 meals from there. Super yummy, fresh food.
