Accurate description of the property. Very clean when we arrived. Safe area. Convenient location with easy access to many activities.
Condo was beautiful, very large and in a nice community. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a couple of small issues but Kristin responded right away to address them. Beds were very soft, which was not great for us, but may suit others. Access to the beach and trolley were a plus. We plan to stay there again.
This corner unit is lovely. It advertises as having AC, but it is locked at the owner’s discretion. Management gave off conflicting messaging & service: initially all concerns were addressed with apathy, then ultimately resolved. A broken bed was met with “these things happen”, empty propane tanks was addressed with, “it’s a holiday weekend, I’ll see if I can find someone”. A club (fitness center & lap pool) is initially offered, with a final sentence of “owner may no longer be a member”, as was our situation. The unit was superficially clean, but the (bed) comforters were soiled, the Keurig clogged, the Barbeque a grease-pit, the dryer duct clogged with lint, the washer with mold, the garbage disposal unusable. The 24hr service was responsive. The neighboring hotel partnership was nice and the beach personnel friendly & helpful. For the money, not the value we expected.
Condo was fantastic! Very clean, had everything you could possibly need, beds comfortable, no complaints at all.
Beach was right across the street!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is well equipped with what you need and very clean. The area is perfect - can walk to many places, including the beach access right across the street. Property is very well kept. The only downside was the A/C - it doesn't get very cool in the condo as you can't turn it down very low or it will freeze up. There are only 2 beach chairs that are in usable condition and there isn't a cooler or cart to take to the beach like some previous reviews had mentioned. Kristin, the property manager, was easily reached and very helpful.
Beautiful condo! One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Great communication with owners. This is a perfect location. Great pool that we used everyday. Beach across the street or easy drive to Clearwater or St. Pete Beach.

Lovely spot with a view of the bay. Clean. Property manager attentive. Would have liked the place to be cleaned in between the two weeks or leave adequate cleaning materials so I could clean it. Better shower pressure and hotter water in shower also.
This is a great unit in Kolea with a beautiful view of A-Bay. It is exactly as pictured!
