The location is quite nice, a short walk to the clubhouse/pool, the beach, and nearby shops and restaurants at King's and Queen's marketplaces. The unit was very clean and well-equipped with beach amenties (towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc). The community's pool was very nice, quiet, and clean.
This property is perfect for families. It was quiet (and this was amazing for how many kids we saw running around the complex & pool). It felt really safe at all hours and it was also nice being able to walk to the grocery store and a couple of coffee places, even with the kids. Will definitely be back.

Clean, well appointed condo that had everything we needed.! comfy beds and lots of kitchen supplies.Nice location - pool, eating area and beach were excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and walkable beaches. The only suggestion is to have an adult area at the pool. Kids pool was beautiful (sandy beach and waterfall), but the families said water was too cold, so all the kiddos seem to be at the big pool. Quite loud at times. We loved the community and would return again!
First of all, we loved our condo. It was very clean. Wanted nothing else. Bed was comfortable and showers were good. Nice to have a grill for our steaks one night. The parking was covered so it’s an added plus. Management was very accommodating. Having shops nearby very convenient. Island Gourmet Market in the Queens market place was great to buy a few essentials on way to condo. Our larger purchase was at a foodland near by This is a good place for families. The pool was always full of children being very loud. As big as this complex is, the pool was very small.Walk to the beach was OK. We cut through the back of the area to walk on the sidewalk instead of walking along the sand it took the same amount of time.

We had such a wonderful time. This was our 4th time staying at the Kolea units and this one in particular was stocked with everything we needed. The only recommendation I would give the owner is that it would be great to have a hard cooler in the storage area of the parking spot. Other than that, everything was perfect.
A perfect condo for a perfect vacation. The condo was clean, easy, and the location couldn’t be better. The host was communicative, friendly and very helpful when I had questions. Perfect in every way!
The Big Island has our hearts! This property was first class all the way! It was incredibly equipped with absolutely everything we needed! The pool was beautiful and so warm! Walking to A Bay was really beautiful and so convenient! The location was great as it is close by to restaurants and shopping. The views from the property are stunning! Cannot wait to return! Mahalo!

We were very pleased with our vacation condo at Kolea circle. The unit was exactly as described and was well furnished with modern appliances which made our stay very welcomed. There are a few restaurants nearby and others can be visited by driving a short distance. Kolea offers a nearby beach within walking distance as well as a nearby golf course with 3 x 9 hole layout which you can mix and match. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.there are a few things that we would suggest however:1) The outdoor table on the Lanai could be larger so that our dinners can be enjoyed outside.2) the 2nd bedroom could be better served by adding a dresser. The existing closet organizers should be replaced.3) there were a few maintenance items that should be addressed. The shower light was burnt out and should have been replaced prior to our arrival. The TV has a line running thru the picture suggesting that it's old and need of replacement.we had an issue on our lanai that could have been dealt with immediately rather than awaiting our 3rd call.
Everything was great we had a wonderful time. One note the place needs newer and more bedding we had to purchase a set of sheets from Costco to get by.

Beautiful condo in a great area, Near the Kings Shops & Queens Marketplace, Lava Lava beach Club for a cocktail or meal with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed our morning walks around Waikoloa Beach Resort. The condo has a very well equipped kitchen including lots of spices etc. Lots of beach stuff in the storage, Covered parking was great as it was hot! We would love to stay again. MahaloR&T
