convenient and well-equipped
This is an older condo that was clean and worked for our needs. It’s on the second floor which we wanted but the steep staircase leading to it might not work for some.
We were so pleased to find that everything we thought we might need for our visit to Kihei was in this place. The apartment was well furnished, tastefully decorated, and had as complete a kitchen as one could hope for.The complex is about a mile from the centre the town, so close enough to get anything you need but far enough away that the hubbub doesn't get to you, which was great. Nice pool. Excellent outdoor grilling area.Hosts were very responsive and checked with us a couple of times to be sure everything was exactly what we needed.

It exceeded our expectations a very nice place to stay!
The condo was clean, lovely and well equipped! We felt right at home. The proximity to the beaches and the restaurants was perfect! We would stay here again for sure!
This condo was the perfect home away from home and the owners were super quick to respond and everything was just perfect. We want to thank Greg and Mary for making our family vacation even better with how smoothly our stay had been. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends.
We like to travel to the Hawaiian islands as frequently as possible however, it’s rare to have a rental property that I would like to return to and this is definitely one that I can’t wait to come back and visit again.
A lovely condo - comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, even beach chairs - and very nice owners!
Actually did not stay because of the fires. Despite the fact that the payment was not refundable under the policy that we agreed to as renters, the owner was opened to make an arrangement due to the circumstances. We will definitely be rebooking at a later date. I would trust these owners eyes shut.
It was a lovely stay at this condo which had so many amenities. Very clean and spacious. We had a great time!
Our first trip to Maui and this was a must-stay. Condo was very clean and well-maintained. I loved waking up, grabbing my morning coffee and walking across the street to the beach. The central location, close to main highways made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The property was really well taken care of - beautiful and quiet pool, clean grills to use and easy parking.
We will definitely be back!
Mary and Bruce’s condo was in the perfect location and had everything we could have wanted. The bed was also super comfy! Highly recommend.

These are the most wonderful hosts ever!!! I have stayed in Maui four times now and this is now my go to! Well kept, responsive, excellent amenities and right across the street from the beach!! My search for a vacation rental has ended and I couldn't be happier!!?

This property was great! Extremely clean and the unit actually looked better in person than in the photos! The bed was comfy and the place had all we needed for a great stay, including beach gear, snorkel gear, laundry, and the pool/hot tub. Convenient walk or drive to everything you'd want to do in Kihei. Would definitely stay here again!
The condo unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the nice beach right across the street. The fridge/freezer was not quite as cold as I would have liked but that was a minor problem. All I all, we had a great stay.
