Great corner unit. Loved all the windows and a great view. Loved that it has ac and a washer/drier. The street was a bit noisy at times and the condo could use some upgrades but overall a great place to stay.
Close access to great beaches. Our kids also loved access to the pool at the club. Would recommend to a friend.
Beautiful location across from the beach to relax and enjoy the ambiance of Poipu. I would definitely stay here again!
Our family enjoyed our 2 week stay in Poipu. The location was great, steps to the beach for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, seeing sea turtles, seals, and even whales. The unit was comfortable but could use some updating. The property is beautiful with lush gardens, roosters and geckos. The only downside is that it is located next to a busy road and public parking lot, and the landscapers start their leaf blowers and hedge clippers at 7 am, so no sleeping in.
Wonderful condo overlooking a beautiful beach. 2 minute walk to the sand. Property beautifully furnished and clean. We enjoyed access to nearby pool and fitness center. Conveniently located near excellent shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again!

This unit in Building 32 is very close to the water. The trade off is that it is adjacent to a public beach parking lot and the back of the Sheraton property next door. Great view of the ocean and surfers, but lots of people and garbage trucks, etc outside the balcony. It turns out that September 15- October 25 there is major exterior construction on building 33 next door. Big equipment, jackhammers, etc from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The television in the primary bedroom was not working, and the acrylic bathtub was cracked and stained. The property manager indicated that they will be replaced soon. Furniture was dated and area rug worn and stained. Not our best experience…
We had a great stay in this well equipped apartment, including beach gear. Only con is it overlooks the beach carpark, but good for early morning surf checks and watching Sheraton Luau from balcony!
We had a great stay! Unit was lovely with the air conditioning and view of the waves. Only downsides were the kitchen basics weren’t that great and there was noise from the parking lot of the Sheridan hotel.
The location can't be beat!
This condo has everything needed for a relaxing vacation with young children. It made our vacation so smooth to have things for the kids we didn't need to pack (pack n play, baby gates, sand toys, books). Hope to stay again!
I spent a week here in February 2024. I think this is the best property at Kiahuna, very close to the beach and the lagoon, and several parking options. The property was clean and had all the amenities listed. The AC was a nice touch after beach or hike days. No regrets about my booking!

We had to change our trip due to the Maui fires, and this unit was such a blessing! Close to the beach and easy access to the shops across the street. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen which made meals easy. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend time with my family!

Amazing location. Water view, walk to beach, watched the fire dancers at the luau from our lanai. Lots of beach and kid stuff and reliable wifi. Can't say enough good things about this uint or Rochelle. Would definitely stay again.
The property was very well located. It was literally a walk across the street to the beach. The house was well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed both the lazy days at the beach and watching the waves on the ocean from the deck. I would definitely stay here again and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner.

Lots of restaurants in the area but would recommend you have a car
Cons: the condo is very close to the beach and a hotel so it can be a very active area and a little noisy especially with the hotel having outside performances and very busy parking lots. We were disappointed to find the washing machine had not been working before our arrival and was an inconvenience having to go across the plantation property over our 2 week stay and pay to use the guest laundry. Hopefully it is repaired replaced soon.

Six adults stayed at this property and it accommodated us just fine. The location is perfect - right across the street from the beach and the luau at the Sheraton, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This property has beautiful gardens. The snorkeling is incredible. There is a great restaurant right there on the beach called Lava by Sheraton. The condo is clean and stocked well. Rochelle is honest & upfront about everything. I will definitely be back.
Pros: the condo is 2 floors so no one is walking above you when you are sleeping. It has a nice large kitchen area and sitting area. The beds are comfortable & the rooms have a/c.
Cons: the dryer takes forever to dry clothes.
