If you are looking to stay with a gnat and cockroach infested house then look no further. I spent my mornings cleanings up bugs from all rooms. You will also need to pack your own washboard because the washer doesn’t work half the time. I ended up bring soaking wet laundry home and cost me 100 dollars extra because of the weight in soggy soap covered laundry we had to bring home. I would give this property 0 stars if it was an option. The only saving grace it had was a view. I contacted the representative several times and nothing was done other than a AI response telling me sorry. They came to look at washer once and said it was fine...... They did want to meet with me on the last day which is not what I want to be doing on my last day of vacation is meeting with a maintenence person. Problems were pretty self explanatory from the get go. What isn’t shown in pictures is all the fans and portable AC units that poorly attempt to make the house not feel like your on hells door steps. We frequent Hawaii 2 times a year and this is the worst customer service I've had. Take my advice and book another house.

Well equipped, rare to find high ceilings, spacious condo in a nature setting. Waking up to tropical birds and ocean and mountain views was wonderful. Easy access to all Kona has to offer as well as the rest of the island. Will book again.

This was such a great place to stay outside of the busy area but also not a far drive if you want to head over to Kona for shopping or supper! Condo was perfect for a group of five (two couples and one single person). Was very clean, spacious, and the outside balcony area is perfect for hanging out and comes with a gorgeous view! Pool and hot tub were a bonus! This is definitely a more quiet area which is nice!

Very nice property in a quiet location. Not really within walking distance to beaches, you do need a car. Massive number of rules for pool which made it seem a bit unfriendly towards families .
A few things missing or broken which owners are welcome to ask me about but in general very well equipped, clean and attractive.
