The place was very nice with an awesome view of the golf course in the backyard. I love sitting outside on the second floor of the balcony looking over the golf course while having breakfast and diner outside. The living room was very spacious. The layout of the place was perfect. The only drawback was there is no Air Conditioner and there is no walkway to a beach nearby. You have to drive to a beach if you want to go to the beach. Overall, the place is very nice and quiet. I would stay at this place again only in the off season where it's not too hot outside because there's no AC there.
It was perfect for our family! We loved every minute of it, had great sleep, swims, and everything we could imagine needing in this place. Thank you so much!!!
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of a door providing privacy from the bedroom to the master bathroom / toilet. A pocket door would fit nicely. There were no instructions on use of the myriad of remote controls -- from controlling the lanai fan and lights / living room fan / light and the TV with its various attachments. We couldn't figure how to turn the TV on until the 3rd day. Battery on one of the lanai controlers was dead. The carpet in the master bedroom is showing signs of being dirty --- I think due to the fact of people wearing shoes in the condo. Most condos have a sign at the entrance indicating a request to not wear shoes and a basket for placing the shoes into. These were minor things -- we would definitely rent this unit again.

A very nice unit with amenities. My only criticism is that it did not have any explanation or information on the three TV sets. Each one was different and took us a lot of time to figure out.Also, the rubber mats in the kitchen caused both participants to trip, and they should be removed because they are a hazard.
This property is very quiet, peaceful and restful. We stayed 9 nights in April and found it to be very clean, well stocked, in a good location, comfortable and rejuvenating. The only drawback would be if you’re staying in the summer there is no AC. It wasn’t a problem for us because the fans were adequate in keeping the unit cool for the most part.
The condo suited our needs. Overall, nice place to stay. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the goats cavorting on the golf course. We found the kitchen was severely limited on food storage space. The sidewalk and entry were poorly lit. Living room furniture was uncomfortable.
Everything was so clean the kitchen was well stocked of everything we very very pleased with are stay will definitely stay here again
This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! We prefer to have our own kitchen which is why we rent Ed the condo, but there is a beautiful Outrigger resort nearby that we walked to for coffee every morning and a look at the beautiful ocean and bay! Also, a cute Seaquest gift shop at the bay (they also book great excursions from this shop). This rental was the perfect distance to all excursions and stores. The drive into the town of Kona was beautiful and we enjoyed making thatTrip everyday!the drive everyday.
This condo was extremely clean and well kept. The pool area was nice. The location was an easy drive to downtown Kona. The beds were extremely comfortable. The property management team was very helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!
