We had a wonderful stay in Hawaii. The property was clean, comfortable, and as described. The location made it easy to get everywhere an still not feel like you're in the middle of all the buzz. Property manager Tessa was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The condo was very comfortable and felt spacious. The lanai had comfy chairs and a table as well. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. My only issues would be with the mattress in the bedroom as it was extremely hard, and the the screen door was broken which snagged two of my shirts and ruined them. Check in / Check out was very easy, location was close to everything you could need. Walking distance to KTA grocery store and Longs Drug store.

The property was as listed. Very pleased with everything. Very enjoyable and well furnished.Would be helpful to have more info with the recycle instructions in the handbook. Recycle has to be separated and cans crushed. Only glass, crushed cans (crusher on site) and cardboard bins.

We enjoyed our visit, quiet, and pleasant. Our time went by quickly and we were sad it came to an end. We appreciate the management company as they were helpful and prompt. Everyone we met during our stay were kind and friendly.

We were very happy with this VRBO. It is exactly as pictured and described. Was very quiet. Right by the pool, and I had it to myself every time I was in. Easy short drive to everywhere on Kona Coast. We would stay there again for sure. Had a bit of a hard time openning lock box for key, but were able to get ahold of someone after hours and were able to get it open. Unit had everything we could possibly need as far as kitchen and beach equipment.

Location-good. Condo could have been cleaner, only minimally clean. Dirt under furniture, ceiling fans dirty, bathtub could have been cleaner. Not enough towels (only 2 hands & 2 washcloths. Some were stained and dingy. People friendly. Could be a nice condo, but needs care. Pool sometimes closed. Water cloudy. Yard work very noisy. Wouldn't stay again.

We throughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We are 2 semi retired adults looking for a relaxing place to stay- we found it here. Perfect location- far enough from town but not too far to drive to.

This unit was so close to the pool! The pool was extremely quiet while we were there. In 8 days we shared the pool with 1 other person.
It is a VERY quiet complex. The set up of the unit is great for two or four people.
We had an issue with the plug-ins in both bathrooms not working. I found the panel box and tried to flip the breaker but it didnt work. I contacted the rental company who worked to get someone out to the unit same day but it ended up being the next day but it didnt stop us from doing what we had planned for the day. Issue was fixed. There is a split a/c unit so you can run both the bedroom a/c and or the living area a/c. If you like golf the view from the lanai was great. The setting sun can get hot on the lanai so the owners have installed pull down shades which helped a lot. The unit did have a lot of ants in the kitchen and baths and even with little ant traps they were everywhere but it is a tropical location so I was expecting it. Not sure how often those ant traps are changed out. Other than that the unit was fabulous! everything you could need was in the kitchen. And the unit has a small apartment sized washer/dryer in a hall way closet. I even found a bathroom scale! It also has an assigned parking spot.
