Location, pool, property grounds, and communication with management were good. The unit would be great if it was deep cleaned. The shower curtain upstairs and down stairs bathroom had some mold and kitchen cabinets were sticky. Upstairs bathroom needs a fan to vent. Couches were not comfortable to sit on.

Enjoyed 10 days with my myself at 5 other's. Great location and almost everything you would need for a vacation away! Pool and amenities are ready for you! Cleanliness was what you would expect for a quick turn over vrbo. Would stay here again! Hawaii is the best!

Nice condo in a quiet part of town. Close to the grocery store which makes cooking easy.
When we arrived at the property, we noticed the whole house wasn’t very clean. There was hair all over the downstairs bathroom and dirt all over the bottom of the shower. The downstairs bathroom drain was not draining. We had to clean it and we removed large chunks of hair the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom was hanging off the wall. The downstairs bathroom, a horrible loud ringing noise on and off during our entire stay the washer did not work. It made a loud banging noise as if it was going to go through the wall we contacted management. They had a new washer within two days and provided us new towels as we notified them. We were running out of towels , they were very good about that. The location was great. The house could be very cute if it was updated. The couches are very uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom had a TV but no remote and the downstairs living room. The TV is very small.
This was a very clean condo, easy check in and check out instructions. Great location to the best snorkeling in the big island... And awesome place to sit at the ocean and watch the sunset and whales.... Was a good fit for 5 adults.... Will stay again.

This cute little townhome was perfect for our family of 4. We had more than enough space and loved being able to cook our own meals! The space is nicely laid out with everything you need for your stay. The location to the pool and bbq were perfect and it was a short drive to local establishments. We would definitely stay here again!
