My husband and I recently stayed from 6/3-6/13, celebrating our 30th anniversary. Everything about the property was amazing! Stocked with all of the necessary essentials, plus the extras. Having the cooler was perfect to be able to pack lunches for our long days exploring the island. Every morning, having breakfast and coffee on the lanai and sunset dinner views was magical. This was our first trip to the Big Island, but won't be our last. We will definitely stay here again. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Being in the last building, it was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of extra linens, towels and beach towels. There were lots of items for the beach, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear. So many amazing experiences and memories made. This was the perfect place for us, highly recommend!

Very good overall. The floorpan of this unit, with a large common area and two separated bedrooms/bathrooms, is excellent for a couple or 4-member family. Spacious patio. Very useful that it has a washer-dryer, though you'll need a trip to the shopping center (1 mile drive) to get laundry soap.
Impressive, from entering the property to arriving at our unit. We were oceanfront, but far enough back to the sound of the waves or somewhat muted; which was one of our concerns when we rented the property.
The unit itself was impressive, well equipped, and comfortable.
We had an issue with the TVs, but I’m sure the issue was us being senior citizens. Contacted the management company, they promptly sent over a very delightful and helpful employee to get us back on track.
Only a couple of things could’ve been improved upon, one being it was advertised as an end unit and it was in the middle, another one was there was supposed to be some consumables to get started, which I assume meant two or three days, maybe a little longer, probably a tablespoon of coffee, no pepper and a box of teabags only had one teabag and one usable.
Other than those issues, we would stay there and recommend it to our friends

The condo was very roomy for our family of 5, with 2 full baths and 2 large bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, very modern; nice appliances throughout. We love this location, and the Lani had the most spectacular view of the sunsets! Would definitely recommend this rental.

We have stayed here several times in 2 different units - each stay was terrific and we have already booked for next year. So glad we discovered this magical placeThe only shadow was that for 2 weeks of out last stay, the pool was being resurfaced - understandable yearly maintenance and we were told ahead of time by Knutson but our dates were immutable because of other premade plans. I suggest that a useful remedy would be to have some sort of temporary access to another facility and provide the same at KKSR when the other facility is having maintenance

I highly recommend this unit. It is n a beautiful location, overlooking the ocean and the golf course. It is quieter than other units in SRC because there is very little foot traffic at the end of the sea wall. It is nicely renovated, has lovely furniture and is beautifully decorated.

You’ll be thrilled you chose this property. Outstanding location, impeccably clean, ocean front views. When we come back, we’ll do everything we can to stay here again.

We really had a great time. Beautiful views, sunset right from the lanai. It was stormy so it was cool to watch the waves crash on the rocks all down the coast. Some cute geckos and beautiful birds. Tucked in the back corner away from everyone. Pool was excellent and heated so not freezing cold. Beds were comfy including pillows. Communication was excellent. Shopping center up the road also has several restaurants, a grocery store, and a Longs Drugs. We would stay here again.
This is a wonderful place to stay! We loved it so much! It was perfect!
We have stayed many times at the Surf and Racquet Club but never before in this unit. This condo is spotless, fully equipped, and just steps from the water. We'll be happy to stay here again.

The location was fantastic. Unit was very clean, even the patio and furniture out there. The condo complex was also clean, and beautifully landscaped. Rental info was plentiful and very clear. The unit could use better cookware and the lighting at night could easily be improved with some brighter warm daylight bulbs. Pictures online should be updated to reflect the current furnishings. Absolutely would stay again. Lovely place and location.

This condo was a great choice for my family - plenty of room, clean, and had everything you could need. We loved that there were tons of beach supplies - cooler, boogie boards, beach mats, beach chairs/umbrellas. Plus plenty of towels (bath and beach/pool), games for our kiddos to play and so much more...oh and of course the AMAZING ocean views with tranquil privacy. Knutson was also extremely responsive on the couple items we needed help with (even servicing one of the A/C units in just a couple hours after raising a concern). We're excited to come back again soon!
