The condo was perfect. A/C and ceiling fans in each room, beautiful view, washer & dryer, parking was pretty close. Other than no elevator, the property is perfect (and honestly, the stairs were only an inconvenience carrying our luggage up the first day). The property and condo were pristine. The entire condo was stocked with everything we needed, as a lot of items were left behind by others, which was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again. I have nothing but good reviews for this condo. It was clean, and comfy. Beds were very comfortable. The view was great! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee outside watching the sunrise. We did notice the master bathroom shower was not upgraded like the other bathrooms shower but it was still clean and taken care of. Being in Hawaii, you are not inside much but I still looked forward to the comfort of this place at the end of the day!
We plan to stay again! Fantastic communication, pictures are accurate and the sunsets are better than you can imagine! Conveniently located, while also being in a private gated community. The pool is fantastic for little ones and the pickleball courts are SO FUN!
The condo/resort was truly amazing. My family enjoyed the pickle ball courts quite a lot. The beach equipment available in the room came in very handy and we were very thankful that it was available to us.
The condo is very nice and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool area and nearby beach. It was easy to communicate with Dennis and Maria. We highly recommend their place!

We have been staying at KKSRC over 30 years in a timeshare and were fortunate to discover this condo on VRBO to continue a tradition. Great location and facilities.
The property is situated in a great location—perfect if you are planning on experiencing the manta ray snorkling/dive excursion and/or golf at the Kona Country Club. It was clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the view of the ocean from the pool and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
This is a wonderful condo spacious and well equipped. It just needs some updating. The deck is huge but the rocker chair needs replacement as well as the pillows. Perhaps 2 rocker chairs to go with the love seat to create seating for 4. The carpet throughout is getting old and not in line with tropical decore. Beds far too soft for us. Perhaps better mattresses needed. Loved the resort amenities. Dennis gets 10 out of 10 as a conscientious host. We know he will deal with these issues. Rod and Betty

Not as updated as other units in this building we had stayed in previously, and this unit was much higher priced also, so we expected more, not less. Too much owners items in bedroom closets left no room to hang clothes. Kitchen not well equipped to include no ice maker. More lighting needed in kitchen & dining areas.
We felt SO at home in this beautiful, clean, well stocked & comfortable home. I own a cleaning company so it’s hard to impress me normally. We were all impressed and felt this home lacked nothing. We all wished we had chosen this home for our entire stay instead of starting at a different location. We felt like we were staying with family. There were so many beach toys that were a great asset including beach chairs!We definitely hope to come again.
The space was lovely and updated. I appreciated the refrigerator was stocked when we arrived. That was helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. We did have an issue with the AC when we got there and Denis was right on it and had it fixed that same day. The cleaning wasn’t the best but all in all a great stay!

Our first trip to Hawaii did not disappoint! The views from inside with the curtains open and sitting on the lanai were amazing! Dennis has top notch communication. The stairs weren’t bad to walk up and down, having A/C more than makes up for walking up stairs. The grocery store and shopping center with a few restaurants is about 3 min away, so convenient. Not to mentions we were somewhere close to 15 min from shopping and a lot of good restaurants. Great location, very clean, beach chairs and toys, great host. Highly recommend!

From the Lanai you get the best sunsets.
Fabulous place, exactly as owners described, actually it exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to paradise which will hopefully be soon!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. Communication with the owner was excellent. The grounds are immaculate and well groomed. Gated access and plenty of amenities on site. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious and comfortable. I think we had assumed the ocean would be a bit closer based on the pictures, you do see the ocean, and the sunset from the lanai is stunning, however it is quite a ways away. Definitely hear more of the road traffic than waves. We both found the mattresses to be very soft, but otherwise we were very very happy with the location and condition of the unit. AC worked great, lots of beach items available, linens were excellent, the lanai is huge and a great place to relax or entertain. Would definitely recommend this rental and the host was among the best I have ever dealt with.
Pleasant stay; great views and access to activities
The most unbelievable views from this unit!! The condo contained so many luxury items!!! Pool towels, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball paddies and balls, coolers, beach toys and anything you could possibly need for a vacation!! The kitchen was equipped with everything a cook could ask for.. including spices, oils, kitchen gadgets, and cookware! Thank you for the best vaca!! Oh and the neighbors playing pickle ball.. the absolute sweetest!!

This condo and the property grounds were fantastic! The space was great and our highlight was eating meals on the balcony. We enjoyed the tennis, pickleball, and swimming pool. You can walk to the beach next door and watch beautiful sunsets. The location was great for our first visit to the Big Island because it allowed to visit many different locations. We drove to Volcanoes national park and Hilo in one big day trip and also went to beaches north of Kona which were great for the kids.
Well appointed condo. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Showing it's age a wee bit in the bathrooms, however, this is minor.
LOVED the wrap around veranda and windows with the beautiful views, and the vaulted ceilings with exposed wood!
We struggled a bit to find the wifi password, but after getting hold of vrbo they were able to help us out. Might be a good idea for the host to include a booklet or signage with this information for easy reference (especially for jet lagged travelers).
Location was great with a grocery store just up the hill and short walks to the shoreline with amazing views.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would book it again.
