WOW! This place is underrated. The most perfect condo to use as your base for a trip to Kauai! We loved the deck and ocean view - enjoying coffee in the mornings and using the binoculars to see dolphins and other wildlife from the comfort of our balcony. The condo has everything you need - bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. This is a slice of paradise!! We had a blast. Excellent location with easy access to all Kauai has to offer.
Great central location to enjoy Kauai. Very restful. Started each day with coffee on the lanai. We’ll be back.

We had an amazing vacation here! Property was very clean, easy to get to and had everything we needed. Loved the ocean view. Location was great, easy to make a trip to either end of the island. No complaints.

Beautiful view, very quiet, clean, comfortable bed, convenient location halfway to north and south Shores. everything you need for the beach is there just a beautiful condo we thoroughly enjoyed it

The Property, with beach view, was as advertised. There is road noise, but nothing that disturbed our stay.
Even though I received detailed instructions w photo about getting the key and getting in, I got confused. Luckily one of the maintenance people was around, and showed me how to get in. I never saw the property manager - no one in office during stay.
A good choice for exploring the island and close to the airport and to Costco for gas.
This is a very comfortable property with a beautiful outlook. It is situated right next to a main road so there is a lot of passing traffic. The double windows in the bedroom pretty much cut out all the noise when you are trying to sleep and it didn’t bother us in the other part of the unit. The location is very central and convenient and the owner was extremely helpful and obliging. We really enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our 2 weeks staying there. No problem issues at all. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in assisting us with advice on things to do there. I'm pretty picky on wanting a comfortable bed and this one was amazing. We are going over our calendar now to decide when to return. Love this place.

Great view of Wailua Bay, enjoyed eating on the lanai. Nice to have chairs, umbrellas and icechests. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Bed very comfortable and blackout curtains. Excellent communication with Mgr., he responded quickly to messages. Most important, would we stay here again? Most definitely YES!
everything was fine except the bed was a little uncomfortable as it was too soft for us, we preferred to sleep on the floor on the carpet.
Our stay was excellent! We were thrilled to find the Condo went above & beyond our expectations! It was spotless, well equipped with cookware, eating utensils, glasses, etc. The bedroom was very quiet even with the traffic outside. The view and the grounds were beautiful and the pool was beautiful. The Condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely be back!

This was a top rated condo. I am quite picky and this came in as pretty much perfect. Great location, great selection of utensils and top-line appliances. This was a comfortable yet elegant condo with a beautiful ocean front view. Many dining and shopping choices within 5-10 minutes. Great location—half way between north shore and south shore. We went as far as you can drive around the entire island each direction (one day each way comfortably). Thanks for a great 5-day visit!!
We enjoyed our 12 days in Kauai and we are so glad we choose this condo to stay in! It was a central location to do activities all over the island. There was always parking available and it was super easy to get in and out of! The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the amenties listed worked great! We utilized the gas grill by the pool several days and made meals in the kitchen. Great pans, utensils, and dishes are available. We also used the dishwasher, washer and dryer several times and they worked great! The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom worked great! The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. We liked that the garbage and recycling drop-off was easy and convenient! We also loved the warm, homemade malsadas across the street at Passion Bakery and had a great meal at Leong's within walking distance. We also spent a lot of time at the Coconut Market just down the street (loved JoJo's Shave Ice), as well as Lava Lava Beach Club for breakfast, dinner, drinks, and amazing desserts right on the beach! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We will absolutely stay again! This is truly a perfect location and condo to stay at while in Kauai! Mahalo!

Amazing views, super clean, owner was awesome. Location is great, able to go north or south for activities less than an hour either way. Stay a week enjoyed it, very quiet, friendly people. Will be back for sure.
