Lovely room right on the coast line and cliffs. We absolutely enjoyed the beach chairs, towels and easy entry on the main floor. The stars were absolutely incredible on the balcony and even got the chance to hike down to Turtle Cove and Hideaway beach which isn’t far from the unit. Only issue was the neighbors above moving out at 6am and creating so much noise that it woke up everyone in the condo but allowed us to rise and see the sunrise. Go to Tiki Iniki, holy grail donuts and down to Kalypso for dinner! Won’t be disappointed.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely oven front condo. Close and easy access to all the north shore sights we wanted to see.
Quiet and serene location with an amazing view of the ocean. We could watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony. This relaxing stay was just what we were hoping for.
This property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful ocean front condo in a lush landscape. It had everything our family needed for our vacation- well stocked with both kitchen and beach supplies. We would highly recommend this rental!
The place was nice but, dated. Very nice art work and furniture. Neighbors above were very loud. I am not sure if they lived there are were renters. No dishwasher was fine but, as the vacation went on I was tired of washing by hand. Tradewinds and fans made the place cool enough.
We brought our daughter to HI to celebrate her high school graduation. The condo was just as described, clean and beautiful right on the coast. There are a few maintenance things that could make a big difference mainly the lighting in the master bath is bad I felt like a showered in the dark. Had to do face care and make up in the other bathroom. Could use a fan or too more because it is warm when you get back in the evenings before sunset. Otherwise great! We would definitely stay here again.
The picture of the condo is as pictured, overlooking the ocean. One the highlights was enjoying sunrise and sunsets from the patio, beautiful! We spent time all over the island, and found it easy to drive everywhere including Waimea Canyon on the eastern side. We especially enjoyed staying in Princeville due to the slightly cooler weather, as well as beautiful beaches and wonderful meals in close by Hanalei.
We had a great stay at at this property I’m Kauai! Both rooms were great with ocean views, meals in the lanai, enjoying sunrise, sunset, and stargazing. The beach items available to use were wonderful for beach days. We’d recommend this home to our friends and would return.
Perfect location and a million view being on the second floor had its privileges no walking up and downstairs ground level to the parking lot, so definitely choose this one listening to the seas crash against the shore, has its benefits, centrally located it was easy to access the northern beaches thank you thank you for a wonderful place aloha don’t worry

We enjoyed our 7 nights stay and were very happy. The host team was very responsive and very helpful. The property is exactly as it is described - stunning views. The check in/out was very easy and convenient.
Though the property and furnitures are old but it is well maintained. By the way, windows cannot be closed completely - but that’s not much of a problem though. During our stay, for most of the nights we were happy to keep it open to enjoy the ocean waves sound and nice breeze.
The condo had all essential stuff to enjoy our stay. It would have been good if there was a dish washer. This is not a surprise as it was already mentioned in the listing. So we planned accordingly.
We will definitely consider this condo again next time we visit Kauai and decide to stay in the north shore.

We recently stayed at this location for our anniversary. The condo was perfect any as described. What a view to wake up to every morning through the bedroom window. We would definitely stay here again!
Went for a 5 year anniversary with my wife and stayed here for a few days before moving south to Poipu. This is a lovely place, and is very big if you came with family. They had everything you need there for the beach so you don’t even need to pack anything which was very nice. They don’t have ac, but we didn’t even really notice with the cross breeze that came through the windows. Would defiantly come back and stay at this place again.
Great location. Beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen minus a dishwasher. Very clean inside and out. Nice view from every room. Managing office answered every call I made and answered all my questions. Thank you for welcome gifts and all the hospitality!
We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. We loved sitting outside on the balcony whale watching. At night we left the bedroom window opened and listened to the waves crashing on the shoreline - delightful!
This property has lovely views but the complex and apartment are quite dated. There is no dishwasher in the apartment. Given the high nightly rate we expected to have a more updated place to stay.
