Great property! When they say, 'location, location, location" this place has it. The Cliffs property is conveniently located close to the market, golf course, and a variety of restaurants. Our condo was comfortable ans the view from our condo was spectacular! People we met were all very friendly.

The room has breathtaking views. I would stay here again in a heart beat and looking forward to our take trip. Already looking at dates for next year. This place provided chairs for beach umbrella. Hotel like shampoo and lotions individual which was so nice. Not a huge family style was brought piece of mine of use else has used this? Gave sponge and dish soap. Laundry soap. Was super clean. Wish i could give 10 stars. Lovely and such a Aloha feel. Ocean view, garden and mountain view. Spent mornings on lanai with coffee watching sunrises and dinners watching sunsets. Took lei making class! 100% you will enjoy this place.

Sure, the unit shows some wear and tear but it's easy to overlook because you are looking at the amazing view. It appears there have been some recent improvements. I definitely recommend Unit 6201 at The Cliffs. Very spacious and clean. Enjoyed use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Full kitchen and BBQ made it easy to eat in.
This corner unit has a good view of the ocean, and is located at the farthest end of the development, away from the the noise and energy of parking lots, maintenance workers and other visitors. It's not super stylish - furniture and layout could use an update - but it's comfortable...perfect for a couple. One small criticism: The kitchen could use new pots/pans, and beach chairs/umbrella are ready to be retired. All of that said, this is probably the best of about five different places we've stayed in Princeville, and we would happily return.
Lovely view. The resort is right on the edge of the cliffs with chairs to sit and watch the waves. Saw whales! It was nice to have a besch umbrella snd chairs! The unit needs upkeep (rusty fridge, damaged cabinets, patio door got stuck closed a couple of times) but we were happy to overlook that.

This unit is in a perfect location at the Cliffs. Beautiful views from the second floor balconies off both the living area and the Bedroom. The interior of the unit leaves much to be desired. The the wood laminate on all the doors is peeling off. The carpeting is stained. The front of the refrigerator appears to have been "painted" to cover up wear but the "paint" just looks dirty - as do the cabinets. There is a "fan" in the bedroom that is so rusty it is scary. I covered it with a towel and turned it around so as to not have to look at it. The washing machine did not work and even leaked. Management quickly came and tried to fix it - but it was unusable during our stay. I slept in the bed by the closet and woke up with strange bites. My husband did not have this issue. The unit smells quite musty -- probably from the carpeting. The rice cooker did not heat. This wasn't a big issue - but better to not have an electrical appliance than one that doesn't work. The kitchen dishes and flatware were all new and very good. Management was very responsive. They were very concerned and helpful about the washing machine issue and allowed us to have a later checkout (noon) as we had an evening flight. So location and management were great. Inside - Pretty bad.
