Great place with everything we needed to feel at home in Kauai! Loved the location and having the privacy.
This was our first VRBO we have ever stayed at and we couldn’t have been any happier. House came just as advertised and the host was excellent. My wife and daughter loved all the cute decorations throughout the house. I liked sitting out on the lanai checking out all the birds flying around the neighborhood. Hope to be back again someday and would highly recommend.
This place is gorgeous and at one of the most beautiful places on earth. A short walk to catch the shuttle to the state park. A beautiful beach is a short walk away, although the climb down to it is difficult, depending on how much you are carrying. The only downside and I think this is more about my partners body composition rather than the place itself, is the lack of A/C. I found the temperature in the place totally comfortable, however my partner is pretty heat intolerant. Again, I think this is more about him than the place. Despite this, we absolutely loved the place, it was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!
Great location with beautiful sunsets across the street, several beaches within walking distance and quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of space to spread out and the patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.
We’ve never been so sad to leave a place. This 2 story modern home is set back from the road and you have it all to yourself. The second story deck is nestled in the trees where you can enjoy the sound of birds and a beautiful view of the mountains. It is a short walk to a secluded and private beach with wonderful snorkeling. Conveniently there is an hose near the front stairs where you can wash off sand.Across the street from the house you can view amazing sunsets, one of the best on the island. The location is one of the best in Princeville, quiet and so close to the beach you don’t need to worry about finding a place to park, which can be a problem in Princeville.Upon arrival we found a welcoming gift of wine, chocolates, and coffee.The folks at the Princeville Vacation Rentals responded quickly to any questions we had….even on a weekend! We are already planning our return trip!
We spent a wonderful week here and wish it was for longer. The villa was just as pictured, very clean, had everything we needed. Easy and quick communications and check in. The location feels secluded even though it is within walking distance of beaches and a beautiful sunset overlook. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their home with us!
I thought the property very pretty. However, the beach is not accessible for older/less healthy persons. Members of our family were yelled at, and security called, for walking on a sidewalk they apparently were not suppose to be on. In addition, there were tiny bugs that made using the kitchen difficult. I would suggest cleaning the dishwasher as well, smells horrible
Great villa for a small family. Easy walk to the 1 Hotel for dinner/drinks. Villa has everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Only negative is the roosters in the morning (villa cant control)!!!

Could not have been better. The location was perfect for a relaxed get away and Maria has been super helpful in answering any questions or requests we had. Initially we were a bit worried since the property did not have air conditioner but there were enough fans and ventilation that we slept great and it was really comfortable. We loved sitting in the Lanai with the mountain views and trees.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Location was perfect- close to area beaches, stores, restaurants, shopping! Our morning views from the backyard patio were so peaceful. Easy check-in/check-out process. Fast and effective communication. Well stocked kitchen, and so sweet to leave us a bottle of wine to enjoy! First trip to Hawaii and we will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this cozy cottage! Mahalo

The condo is amazing, all the little touches are perfect!! The location is fantastic, easy walk to Hideaway's beach and Queen's bath. Cant say enough good things about the place, highly recommend!!
