Perfect location with views of the mountains and easy access to the main road, stores and Hanalei Bay.
What a wonderful and spacious condo. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two boys ages 7 and 9) had more than enough room. The beds were super comfortable (maybe the best of any VRBO I've stayed in) and the place was fully stocked with everything that you'd need to make meals at home. Great location, close to Princeville Center and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We had a small issue that was promptly dealt with by the management. All in all, a great stay.
Beautiful space - everything we needed and more!
We have enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The condo has met our needs and was comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have a garage. The property surroundings were quiet. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed. Beach chairs were nice to have. The kitchen could use a few more items. It would be nice to have casserole dishes and a large pot. Neither were in the kitchen. It would also be nice to provide a few more kitchen towels and to provide kitchen rags.
Our stay in Kauai was amazing! The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. It had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable for the week. We loved the porch with the beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains… breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!
Good stay. Generally a very nice condo. Furniture a bit worn and torn. Some blinds do not work. But overall happy with the stay. Well stocked and plenty of beach gear.
Nice place and great location.
Typically I find accommodations to be slightly underwhelming compared to the listing, but this place exceeded all my expectations. So spacious and clean, with high quality furnishings. We did not want to leave! The best vacation rental we have stayed in, by far. Hope we get to return some day soon.

Was how it was described..close to a lot of things. Even walked to queens bath .. plenty of room for 6 of us. Love 3 bathrooms . Great to walk 15-20 min to watch sunset by beach.
Nihilani Family Condo 24C is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean and spacious and so comfortable for our family of four. The location was very quiet and the few neighbors we came across were very friendly. We also stayed on the South Shore in another rental that was more expensive and we wanted to return to Nihilani because we liked it so much better. Highly recommend you choose this condo for your stay in Princeville
The property was very nice and had everything that we needed. The two car garage was very convenient and there was plenty of space for everything we needed.

Enjoyed our trip immensely used our rental as a base camp to visit all places on the island the rental was great very peaceful and beautiful area to come back to each night the beds were comfy and had all the enemies of home beautiful balcony to eat and enjoy watching birds and people thanks so very much
Our stay here was very good. I love Princeville. The surrounding property is very beautiful and there is a view of the golf course from the lanai. We were very comfortable and it felt homey. The queen and king size beds were good, but my adult male children did not like the two Twin sized beds and said they were not comfortable at all. Kitchen items were lacking. They provided dozens of drinking glasses (like 3-4 dozen) but only 6 spoons, 7 forks and 7 knives. No paper towels, a handful of napkins, one hand towel and no cleaning solution to clean up kitchen counters after cooking sticky items or things that carry bacteria. I never called to ask for additional items because we were busy everyday. I would recommend this property, but these few things could be improved. comfortable.
Such a lovely, spacious property. Close to Hanalei, close to several beaches, close to golf courses. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental is in a perfect, quiet location. Right next to the Makai Golf Course with a lot of areas to walk. The rental comes with everything you need and it's incredibly spacious. The unit could use a good carpet cleaning and I think the dryer might be on it's last leg as it wouldn't heat up very well.
The property is lovely and they have gone the extra mile to make it comfortable and aesthetic.
Great condo extremely roomy and comfortable for a family of six adults.
Tight getting two rental cars parked in the garage and no other areas to park overnight.
A couple of minor fixes are needed- patio door slider needs work as well as master shower door.
But had a great stay here - and yes would rent this condo again for a large group.

Overall, we loved this place. Fully stocked kitchen, great location, clean, amazing master suite, great pool, and they even gave us an extra parking pass because we had three cars. Only bummer was half the beach equipment was broken. Hopefully, they buy some new stuff soon. We would stay again for sure!

Our family of 5 stayed here 10 days. Kids were all under 5 years old and the layout, amenities, and overall accommodations were perfect. Great appliances, great pool, and close to the beaches. Communication was solid and no issues with access or checking out.
Clean, fresh, quiet, wonderful pool, and many things to do.
A great place to relax and be central to everything North shore! Close to all the shops, activities, restaurants and sight seeing you need. If you want to go any where else its also easy access and the place has all the amenities and comfort like home. My family and In-laws were comfortable and we had a great time! Highly recommended.
We stayed here with 7 people and couldn’t have been happier. The place seemed much bigger than the pictures make it out to be. We had some friends staying at some of the other condos and this floor plan was the best. It’s all one level once you walk up the stairs to the front door. They had just about everything you need. I would definitely recommend this condo and will absolutely rent it again.
