Whoever renovated this unit has amazing taste. We ended up trying to find something missing and failed, its all there. There is no air conditioning, it was mid August and you just dont need it. They have louvres or windows on the almost all of the east and west walls and in internal walls so you can just let the beautiful sea breeze flow and it was fantastic. snorkel at baby beach at high tide and get past the rocks. GET BACK B4 the tide turns :-)
Beautiful location walk across the street to snorkel on see sea turtles. Be aware to park in the parking structure to avoid bird poop in the evenings.

Everything about this place was first-rate. All the furnishings, appliances and lanai served us well. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach and ocean, and even tolerated the many roosters and other chickens.
Nothing like going to sleep with the sounds of the waves coming in and the stars lighting up the night's sky. Nothing like the sound of waking up to the sun on your face and the sounds of the waves coming in. Every day was like living in a dream. Never was it so hard to leave and return to reality.
We had a lovely 5 days on Kauai, enhanced by this wonderful condo. Check in/check out was easy and seamless, condo was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, grounds and pool top notch.

We loved staying at the Prince Kuhio. Our unit overlooked a nice park with an ocean view, which was a very short walk across the street to a great beach for snorkeling. The unit itself was super clean and comfortable, with plenty of room including a full, very well stocked kitchen. When we arrived back to the unit each night after our daily adventures it really felt like we were "home". Doesn't have air conditioning, but you don't need it with a cool ocean breeze moving through the unit when the many windows are open. It never got stuffy or to warm. Also loved that it included stuff like a cooler, ice packs, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Would definitely rent again.
The condo was well furnished and a great home base for visiting Kauai. The condo had everything you could imagine: a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, etc. I highly recommend this one.
This is a lovely and very well appointed condo in Poipu. It is nicely located with beaches nearby. The bed is quite comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The shower is large and the water pressure is fantastic. There is a very nice patio looking out over a monument and also the ocean across the road. The decorations on the wall were interesting and very tasteful. Snorkeling and beach equipment was provided and was of excellent quality. Nothing not to like about this rental. It is managed by a management company. They did a nice job. Our only critique was that they changed the combination on the door lock remotely at 8:30 AM but check out wasn't until 10:00. We were quite lucky not to get locked out!
