Condo was clean with lots of attention to detail. It was well stocked with all the consumables needed for our stay (like toilet paper, soap, toiletries), as well as a wagon & beach going supplies. Property manager gave lots of local insight and suggestions ahead of stay. During our stay, they were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is conveniently located on the south side of the island in an area of residential houses and condos. It's a quiet neighborhood. The unit is nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped for cooking at "home" during vacation. Beds and couch were comfortable, with cool A/C when needed (not often), and plenty of fans. Lots of beach gear and towels available for use. Laundry in unit with soap for a few loads while there. We watched numerous whales and turtles from the benches overlooking the ocean right at the edger of the condo complex, and one of the best sunsets on the island can be had just sitting on those rocky cliff edges over the ocean. Nice access to walking paths all the way to Shipwreck beach, or easy to walk side streets down to Poipu beach for some protected swimming, watching the turtles come in to rest at night, or grab a Puka dog and shave ice.Good food trucks and a few restaurants in Koloa a few minutes up the road, but plan ahead as they have very limited hours of service. Otherwise, plan to pick up groceries in Lihue as there is little else available in the immediate area. The condo has a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, with lots of dishes and cookware... so you can stock up on meal items in town.The caretaker was considerate and even contacted us after a stay regarding a piece of jewelry we forgot.We would not hesitate to book this condo again.
Owners were great with communication and numerous suggestions. They outlined restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, golf courses etc, etc. The condo was very clean, roomy and had a kitchen with every gadget you could posibly need. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were provided.We loved the sunsets and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks.The only downside (which is out of the owners control) is the people who stay in condo above you. If you like to sleep in, it will not happen when families are up at 6:30 running all over.Despite this, we still would rate this a 5 star property.
Everything was perfect, the location, the grounds around the property, the condo was perfect, the hosts were excellent, Whale watching from the lanai, sunsets and sunrises from the lawn 50 feet away, the beach was a short walk, its just such a beautiful place, we will be back, mahalo
This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is always wonderful to stay so close to the ocean. We just walk outside to watch the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The owners are very accommodating.
Condo was perfect for our family. Close to beaches, hiking trails and shopping/restaurants.
We loved the location of this condo. Nice ocean view from the deck. Clean and well stocked. The beach accessories included a wagon to haul everything back and forth to the beach plus the chairs, plenty of towels, boogie board, and umbrella. Such a quick drive to poipu beach. We would definitely stay again.
We stayed here for a family get away. The condo was clean and conveniently located beaches, shopping, and restaurants in Poipu. The condo was equipped with boogie boards, and beach chairs which made relaxing at the beach effortless. We enjoyed getting up early and watching the sunrise on our walk to the rocks. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.
We had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean, fully stocked with chairs and towels to take to the beach, and the kitchen was awesome! We loved the location, it was close to the beach and convenient.
Upon arrival inside the property looked nice. The theme, colors fit perfectly to the area and our vacation. There were some minor property repairs needed, like the entrance screen door and patio rail, but it looked like they were pending repairs. The pillows and bed sheets were stained and did not have a fresh clean smell, not sure when was the last wash they received specially the pillows/pillow covers. They had a lot of equipment and toys available as there was no note not to touch and were in open closet space. We did not get to use them but can see how a family would really enjoy the room and amenities available inside the rental, pool or nearby beaches. They have video and music streaming, the tv and sound are great to enjoy an evening. The fridge and kitchen are great, we did not get to use it, but this is a great stay for a weeklong trip as it has everything, and most stores are within 30 minute drive.
